There is NO PATIENT PARKING, there is only parking employees,and doctor, and the doctor parking is on the drop off area. There was a family member of another patient had to park at Sedanos,which is down the street from the center,because they didn't have any parking available. When approaching the front desk, the employeeto discuss the the issue with the parking,their was no apology,if you have an issues/problems regarding parking speak to your physician, or owners of this building. When ask can you provide me with the owner information to the building,I dont have that Information,best you can do is speak to your doctor. They make you get another appoinment to get the results of any test they have order,so they can charge the visit to the insurance ans collect the copay,they wont give you your results,fax them to another physcian until they have collected there portion. When I arrived I was checked in fairly quickly but then the wait started. It took about an hour to get called out from the waiting room. But once I was called back the doctor came very quickly. He was personable and was able to identify my issues and provide guidance on next steps. Part 2 I have to go to a surgery center to get the colonoscopy. I walked in and felt like I was in Havana. The staff did not transact in English. The girl at the front desk was not very professional as we could hear here personal conversations with other staff members from the waiting area. I luckily am bilingual but I worry for my friends who are not that they would be able to get the same level of care/communication. Dr. Valladares was the only person who spoke to me in English all day. He explained the procedure and what to expect next. Post-op he came and talked to me about the findings. I think the doctor is good and knowledgeable. I didn't rate him based on the surgery center service as that would have been less than 3 stars but that is not his staff.
