This is a great pediatric office. We have always had a pleasant experience with the doctors, nurses, and staff. They are all super friendly and make it a comfortable environment. We have been coming here for 4+ years and both of our boys have seen multiple physicians and don't have any complaints. Front desk staff has always been welcoming and get us taken care off quickly. We have never had any booking issues and everything is always explained thoroughly. Highly recommend this pediatric office. read more

The doctor is consistently late for appointments. We even scheduled a first appt of the day and the doctor was quite late. Also, I did not feel that their approach to evaluating my kid's development was effective at all and when I asked questions about vaccines, I felt the conversation got unnecessarily tense. read more

Terrible service! Waiting in rooms for the doctors often at a hour is very common. Multiple times, I had to cancel my other appointments as I wait....often juggling two kids at the same time. They think they can be late constantly but never ok for anyone else to be late. They need to be reminded that they are in the service industry...they are not the actual hand of God. I'm just a mother with two kids....a normal human so my work doesn't matter for them. Today I went there at my 10:30 appointment on time with my sick kid! there was no people. I was so happy that i made it on time. because i dropped off another kid on the way in preschool. Then they asked me fill out some paperwork. Wile I was doing the paperwork they let the other people in which who came after me! Then told me that I missed my appointment! So I had to leave home with my sick kid back. The way they handle situation was very wrong! I could finish the paper work later or during nurse time. Instead she loved punishing me because my reading skill was too slow or doesn't like my skin color! ( which I'm having hard time with my race anywhere I go!) This right here certainly looks like Anti-Asian behavior. Oddly my husband never has any issues. Doctors constantly change, constantly turnover with the website not being updated. Customer service is a priority regardless of industry. sadly the only one that suffers is my sick one year old. They only care about their process and not kids. read more

Love this place! They always try to accommodate you and sees you on the time of your appointment. Hardly any wait atvall. Everyone is always nice and great with kids and worries parents. If you need to visit the quickest way to is to go online and Schuler and appointment because it may take much longer if you call in for an appointment. Lots of parking spaces too. read more

We have taken our kids here since they were born, 2017. Danielle at reception was literally the first person we talked to at Pediatric People. She was always the first person to answer the phone, met us with a smiling face at the door, and many times, was the last face we saw as they were locking the doors at night. 3 years later, her voice no longer answers, she's no longer greeting us behind the counter and isn't there to say goodbye. As a new mom she always made a great effort to get us in to see someone when babies were sick, esp when dad is a first responder and the babies always get sick when he's on shift. I called 2 months ago with a very sick baby and the person who answered made no attempt to try to squeeze me in and the new people don't even try to create a relationship with patients who are there constantly (aka US) Where is Danielle? We still love our nurses and Dr.s here, but we miss the compassion and understanding of Danielle. read more

Lord some of these one star reviews are laughable, not sure who the child is in some. One star because they don't accept certain insurance? Yikes. We love Dr Linck and Dr, Chang, always engaging, caring and knowledgable. The nurses are great as well and always take good care of the kids. The front desk has never been rude but have been somewhat seemingly bored. But beyond that, we love this place and have kept these doctors even though we moved over 45 minutes away. We chose pediatric people for our daughter as they are close to us, outer appearances and decorations looks good but they have horrible billing department and the front staff aren't good either. They are submitting the claim with wrong codes whatever and i have to end up paying more from my pocket. When i talk to insurance they says preventive and routing is 100% covered and they were submitting office visit for a regular/routing check for my kid. We have other boys goes to different pediatric where we haven't paid single dollar for routing checkup. They need to do better and have better staffs if not no body will stick around, i am working to find another pediatric as they are not worth it. read more

This place is not reliable. I am a high risk patient and I have asthma. I Received a text saying I tested positive and then another message from them saying I tested negative. I called them asking what my actual result was and they said "it is positive, sorry that other text was sent by mistake". That is not acceptable. I could've spread the virus and could've been hospitalized. They followed up with me a day later, curious if I was ok during my sickness as if that would make up for their mistake. The 20 second called did nothing but make me utterly confused by the facility. I understand human error but I would assume ( just like anyone else) that these doctors would have accurate results and accurate responses to each patient.. read more

Took my 10 month old here for the first time and was surprised there was not one single toy or book for kids to play with in the waiting room- just 4 iPads attached to the wall and a tv. When we got into the room I asked if they had anything for kids to play with while we waited and the nurse looked st me like I had 2 heads and rudely said no. Okay.... Gave it one more shot last week because my daughter is sick and the other pediatrician I took her to said I wouldn't get her RSV results back for a few days (New Years weekend so lab was closed). Not wanting infect any other kids I decided t take her to pediatric people so they could do the rapid RSV test they offer. Test came back negative so we were happy. We took her to a New Years party on Sunday for a few hours where there was other children. Well today I just got a call back from the first pediatrician that tested her for RSV and yep she DOES in fact have RSV. I def trust the test that was sent out to an actual lab versus the 10 minute rapid test done in-house at Pediatric People. read more

One star, only because I can't put zero. This place is a SCAM!!!! They are not transparent and completely scammed us. I brought in my daughter who had croup and they gave her medicine that she would need monitoring for 4 hours, but because they closed, we had to be sent by EMT to the hospital. This was never told to us before Dr. Wolfe gave her the medicine. We would have just taken her directly to the ER. So, now we have a huge EMT Bill. This could have all been avoided if they had given us options BEFORE the medicine. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

Was misdiagnosed Sent cultures to an independent lab to verify their findings. While the independent lab correctly identified the problem (several days later) I paid twice. I started taking my daughter here back in July. The staff is helpful , the nurses are wonderful and the doctors are very attentive. Ive used the online portal for questions and concerns, and I've gotten a phone call from a nurse to answer my questions within a few hours. Very comforting for a first time parent! Dr. Chang is the absolute best. We moved to Texas about 8 months ago and we were so nervous to find a new pediatrician for our daughter. The first time we visited pediatric people and Dr. Chang we were absolutely thrilled. The office is very well kept and filled with entertainment for the kids. You won't find a more consultative, compassionate and thorough pediatrician as Dr. Chang. Her bedside manner with children is absolutely wonderful she loves what she does and it shows. As a new mom the physicians and staff have made me more confident as a parent. Every time I bring my infant daughter, my family and I are treated with the upmost respect. When my daughter was hospitalized Dr. Chang would call me personally to check on my baby girl even when she was not on call and when she was out of the office, Dr. Linck provided excellent service. Not a patient here, but tried to move my 2 kids over to their practice today. When I called I told them my son was due for his 6 year old well visit and they told me it was a month wait. I understand the wait because it is back to school time, so was fine with it and asked to make an appointment. The person I spoke with told me I had to fill out a medical records release first online, which I did. When I called back to make the appointment I was told it's a 1 month wait for the nurse practitioner and 2 months for a doctor! They should have mentioned that before I filled out the record release online. I asked they cancel the request from my current provider and the person just said 'ok' and was going to hang up - I had to remind her that she may need my name and my child's name to make sure the request didn't go through... So glad we didn't transfer here with such an unorganized front office. read more

Both Dr. Linck and Dr. Chang, and all the nurses are top notch. They are so great with kids, and so knowledgeable. We went through so many referrals from from friends of different pediatricians, and finally settled on Pediatric People. They were relatively new when we started going to doctor Linck, but my 3 year old and my 1 month old only see Dr. Linck. I can't express how great this place is. We have used & loved Dr. Linck since I met her during a consultation prior to our daughter being born. My daughter is now 2.5 and I would never hesitate to bring any of my children to this office. I love that although they have grown and added new Dr's, nurses and office staff, the original nurses are still there. I truly feel like they are happy to see my daughter and talk about how much she has grown at each check up. They are even great for older kids, especially the on site X-ray machine! The staff are all wonderful and so easy to talk to and the environment for kids is really fun and inviting. I think even if I moved, I would drive a far distance to keep seeing the Dr's, nurses and staff at this office. read more

We tried Pediatric People for the first time today for two well child checkups. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. There was no wait, everything from appointments, check in, to accessing your records is done electronically. Dr. Linck was great with the kids and provided a lot of great information. So glad I found this place!! Just moved from California and many of medical technology seems used in doctor's offices are better in Dallas! The nurses are so nice and the place is spot clean! The reception area is space theme with a Disney movie playing on the TV. Everything seems reflectively new. Their atmosphere is totally kid friendly and the Doctors are super friendly and mommy supporters! They have TVs in each room so my daughter never gets bored while waiting for the doctor to arrive. Oh, and doctor tries to see us as soon as the nurse takes necessary information from us. If the doctor is running late, the nurses come by a couple of minutes at a time to make sure we're okay. They also have an online tool from their website that allows you to see the results of the tests so we don't need to wait for any calls (did not have that in California). The only con would be that the receptionists could be friendlier, but there are so many pros from the nurses and doctors that we try to over look this flaw. read more
