Update!!! This practice separated into two and went way down hill!! My daughter has been going her…read moresince 3 days old. The call in method directs you all over. My daughter hurt her wrist enough to need a splint. Her insurance unfortunately all of a sudden required a referral for an orthopedic. I called Arundel Peds to get them to fax one. They wouldn't because she was considered "a new patient" because she hadn't been in a few years. My daughter was in a lot of pain, and really didn't need to be poked at. They wouldn't fax a referral even though I explained to she was in no condition to be seen. The receptionist have/had no bedside manner! When we took her they insisted she get shots in both arms (including the sore arm) really??? (Her dad took her or id off insisted to wait) Then when she saw the doctor we were told that a well visit was not even needed. So put my kid through more unnecessary misery instead of faxing a referral. We will be changing insurances and going elsewhere!

I was on bed rest and and couldn't attend, however, my husband and mother loved it upon first site! This office is very colorful and extremely welcoming to new patient and families!! My daughter has been a patient since 2009. They came to the hospital when she was first born and were very knowledgeable about the process! My daughter was a patient of Dr. Jobes, who left this practice! We simply adored her and were sad that she was leaving! However, we had to choose another primary in the office and were pleased to with all of the options present! All of the docs and nurses are very knowledgeable and are very good with children and babies! My daughter is not afraid at all to come to the office for a visit! Even for shots, they are quick and get em done! We totally adored the young lady Vanessa who assisted in our daughter's appointments prior to her turning 3! She cared very much for our little one which made it very easy to come back and feel good about the practice! The office is very colorful with a sick room and a well room to keep the children separate if they are ill! There are televisions that have are on children programs to entertain the children while they wait! There are books and toys as well! I simply love this office! I pass many offices to go to this one! A choice I do not regret!

I love that they all know us when we walk in, are welcoming, and we do not have to wait long to be called and cared for. I feel like we are there every other week, but my kids, even when they are not feeling well, love going here. My 3 year old Grandson gets excited every time we pass the building and screams "There's my Doctors! There's my Doctors! Can we go there?" There was one time that I walked in with my Grandson, and right after I checked in, without warning he vomited all over me. Next thing I knew the Doctor, Medical Assistants, and even the Receptionist all ran over to help. You could tell they cared! I'm thankful for Kinder Mender and their services throughout the years. They have always listened to my concerns, are very thorough and patient, are always available to answer my questions, and they allow me to be a part of the care that my kids receive. I have always felt comfortable with the information that I was given when I leave, and know that my kids were competently taken care of. It always amazes me when I walk in with a sick child, and by the time that we leave they seem to be miraculously healed and full of energy. We got there at it was packed, I looked online and it said about an hour wait. Contemplated going somewhere else but my daughter was having fun playing on the train and was being occupied plus the wait time for regular urgent care were about the same. We were called back for vitals within 20 minutes and then had a short wait before we saw the dr. Within a minute of being seen, the dr said it was a skin irritation due to an insect bite (celulitus), prescribed an ointment and some antibiotics and we were on our way to the pharmacy within about 40 minutes of being checked in. Would definitely recommend. We have been here a few times and the customer service has always been great!

It was my first time seeing Dr. Rhodes and I thought she was great! She was very friendly and personable and I felt comfortable talking to her about personal topics. The exam room was very clean. They have a lab on location which makes this location very convenient. I always hated those doctors offices where they referred you to another lab, such as LabCorp. Maryland Primary Care is a one stop shop. I even had a quick eye exam. The lady who took my vitals and obtained my basic information (I think it was Ms. Kathy) was extremely friendly! I see many negative comments concerning the front desk staff but I had no issues. A day or two after making my appointment, my work schedule changed. I called back and was able to move my appointment without an issue. The lady who scheduled my appointment directed me to all of the new patient paperwork online. I am glad I did it ahead of time. She provided me with all of the information I needed for my first appointment, told me what to bring and advised their arrival procedures for Covid. My husband is also a patient of Dr. Ashbeck who he loves. He was experiencing symptoms for many years and finally saw Dr. Ashbeck who had the knowledge and experience to diagnose him properly. I believe he also saw Dr. Zarzuela a short time ago last minute. He had no complaints and liked him as well. Overall, my appointment went well from start to finish. They may need to pay a little attention to the restrooms to keep them fresh and tidy but that is my only complaint. They are in a convenient location with plenty of parking. If in need of a primary care doctor, this is definitely a quality option.

Dr. Miller, Sani, and Madden are together, a fantastic team. They are empathetic, compassionate and extremely competent doctors. Dr Madden in particular spotted an issue last year with my son, which turned out to be a hernia in the making, so we were able to get help from Maryland Urology before it turned into a painful hernia. The ability to call them during off hours is always appreciated and they never make us feel awkward or silly for calling, even if we were maybe being over protective. Lastly, the only negative is, there is one person who answers the phone on occasion who is a little short with clients. She can be impatient if we ask questions at times, however the rest of the staff are amazing.

My children have been patients for over 5 years, since they were newborns, and I have always felt they are in the best hands. The waiting room has a sick baby side and a well baby side and they have a big tv with disney movies playing on the wall inbetween the two. This works well for paranoid moms but the sick kids keep coming over to the well baby side. Dr. Mannans nurses don't have the best bedside manner but they get the job done and do shots quick. The doc is very calm and very good at what he does. He doesn't need to see your child long to properly diagnose them. He sees you in his office after appointments and explains everything to you and answers any questions you may have. I believe he used to work in neonatology. I had 3 preemies and everytime they asked who I was going to see as a pediatrician they kept asking how I knew about Dr. Mannan and seemed thrilled. That has to be a good sign. He was really good with the preemies and explains all complications and addresses any concerns. He's also really good with skin rashes. Anyways. I couldn't say enough good things about him. But his staff is another issue so that is why deducted a star.
