The office is well-organized, the staff is consistently friendly, and the environment is clean and welcoming. We really appreciate the separation of well and sick visit areas -- it's a thoughtful touch that gives extra peace of mind. Everyone we've encountered has been so kind to our 1.5-year-old, which helps him feel completely at ease during visits. They genuinely interact with the kids and make the experience positive from start to finish. I recently had to call on a weekend and was connected with a nurse who was incredibly helpful and thorough in answering my questions. That kind of care really stands out. We see Dr. Diane Landram, and she is absolutely wonderful. She takes the time to listen, offers helpful and up-to-date information, and never makes you feel rushed or dismissed. This is exactly what pediatric care should look like -- highly recommend!

They are snippy, impatient, and rude. While we like our doctor, who continues to practice there, we often have to deal with the nursing staff on the phone for tele-health type questions about illness and having school forms completed. In the past the nurses have been so kind and helpful but lately it has been an unpleasant experience all around. During the past few encounters I've found the nurses to be quite demeaning, impatient, and condescending. While we have had a positive experience with the doctor, we are looking to switch to another practice due to the poor quality of the nursing staff.

Dr. Miller, Sani, and Madden are together, a fantastic team. They are empathetic, compassionate and extremely competent doctors. Dr Madden in particular spotted an issue last year with my son, which turned out to be a hernia in the making, so we were able to get help from Maryland Urology before it turned into a painful hernia. The ability to call them during off hours is always appreciated and they never make us feel awkward or silly for calling, even if we were maybe being over protective. Lastly, the only negative is, there is one person who answers the phone on occasion who is a little short with clients. She can be impatient if we ask questions at times, however the rest of the staff are amazing.

She's personable, kind, sincere, considerate and well I absolutely love her! Her office staff and policies are a bit of a turn off, fees to fill out just about any piece of paper, no faxing or emailing important docs you might need, inconvenient hours for working parents, and they are not yet setup to use credit cards. Other than those issues, I have no grievances and will continue using her practice for my son as well as our future children.

Dr. Mannan is by far the best pediatrician in this area. I went to this practice when I was…read moreyounger and saw Dr. Youn but switched to Dr. Mannan when I was a teen. The waiting room has a sick baby side and a well baby side and they have a big tv with disney movies playing on the wall inbetween the two. This works well for paranoid moms but the sick kids keep coming over to the well baby side. Dr. Mannans nurses don't have the best bedside manner but they get the job done and do shots quick. The doc is very calm and very good at what he does. He doesn't need to see your child long to properly diagnose them. He sees you in his office after appointments and explains everything to you and answers any questions you may have. I believe he used to work in neonatology. I had 3 preemies and everytime they asked who I was going to see as a pediatrician they kept asking how I knew about Dr. Mannan and seemed thrilled. That has to be a good sign. He was really good with the preemies and explains all complications and addresses any concerns. He's also really good with skin rashes. Anyways. I couldn't say enough good things about him. But his staff is another issue so that is why deducted a star.

I also love the way the office is set up and it is so convenient that she is the only doctor that works in the building so the wait time for being seen is very quick. My 2 year old is highly afraid of Shots AND doctors, but Dr. Lamson was able to entertain the little guy enough where he allowed him to pull his pant leg up so that he could administer the vaccine on his thigh, he cried a bit, but after that, he wanted Dr. Lamson to play with him. My 4 year old, on the other hand, loved how Dr. Lamson installed a video game system in the waiting lobby and he also enjoyed the decorations that were put up in the patient room. He asked me if he could come here for his future wellness visits and we just might schedule both of their wellness visits here and just leave emergency and sick visits for our local pediatrics!
