She did have him stand and drop his pants to look at his private area. Which was very unprofessional to me. She didn't explained what she was doing or anything. When my son ask what? She told him to drop his pants again. When I asked her a question she didn't seem like that was my business and got annoyed. This was definitely not what I would this an first visit should have been. It is also very hard to get ahold of anyone at this office. You get sent to someone answering phone calls in a different building and so I left a message. They also have toys and book in the lobby and rooms to keep the kids entertained. She insinuated that I was making poor choices by keeping my daughter on her anxiety medicine and then referred us out to multiple psych providers. My daughter's anxiety is a chemical imbalance. It's not something I can take away with the help of a mental health provider. She was horrified when I said we'd still like the refill of her medicine and continued to belittle me, disrespect me, and make assumptions that she had no grounding in. She wouldn't let me speak more than to say yes or no. She refused to refill beyond a month stating that I needed to take my daughter to one of the people she had referred to before their clinic would ever refill for her again. I am shocked and appalled. Go to her if you have a super average kid, mentally, because she's behind in the times and rude about it.
