I really liked her and was looking forward to using this office for my son's braces. She made us feel comfortable and was genuine. On the same day I emailed Wendi (insurance person) my ins card along with dad's insurance card to confirm coverage. She advised she would call me back to confirm coverage. The following week I had not heard back and called and spoke with Wendi who informed me she was still looking into the coverage. I gave it some time since the holidays were approaching. Early Jan I called again, since I had not received a call back and Wendi advised me that she did not have dad's ins info. I said, how could that be possible when you confirmed you received it during the last conversation and you stated you were waiting to hear back from the ins co. She said she would call me back. She called me back about 1 hour later and confirmed she did have it and that it was with someone else in the office for pre-authorization. To date I still have not heard back from the office. Unfortunately, due to the lack of communication and customer service I will not be moving forward with this office. It is a disappointment since I really liked Ms. Hargaden and was looking forward to her services.

Not only was she patient, gentle and kind with the boys (and myself), but she was also very thorough and informative. She let me know what she was doing throughout their visits and explained their treatment plans in great detail which made everything so easy for a lay person to understand. The staff was also great and very helpful. The office was bright, fun, extremely clean and kid friendly. We will definitely continue to use Dr. Kruti as long as she'll have us (3 spirited boys).

Thank god when I found amazing dentists after him, they took care of me and are still trying to fix all of his mistakes. My parents wish it wasn't so long ago or they would love to sue him.

Took my kid there for a filling appointment and the dentist couldn't get the job done, but I was *charged* for the office visit. The insurance refused to pay (since nothing was done in that appointment) but they charged me saying I have to pay!! Another time, they charged us a no-show fee in-spite of us leaving them a voicemail that we couldn't make it that day to the appointment. Total rip-off, quality of dentists aren't that great either. Go somewhere else to save money and get a better overall experience. You won't be happy here!
