We just moved to the area and the office took our kids as new patients. Then the technicians handed each kid an overstuffed animal with hilarious huge teeth and an over-sized toothbrush. My son got the huge dinosaur and my daughter got the big yellow fish. They each showed the technicians how to "brush" the stuffed animal's teeth. The technicians took pictures of the kids with the stuffed animals. We got to take the pictures home, such a cute idea. My kids are at the age where they love seeing pictures like that. My son had to come back a few times to get a few cavities filled. Dr. Amy was so good with him each time. She set him up with the DVD player and showed him some of the tools. She continuously kept him calm and said he was such a big boy. We had no issues at all. He didn't like the procedures, but she made sure he knew that she was fixing his "booboo" tooth. After the second procedure, he got stickers, little toys, a balloon and a live goldfish (which he promptly named Gobi after the Bubble Guppies). We love it there, and will continue to see Dr. Amy.
