Every time my kids are sick we have to wait days to be seen! They do not work with you at all. De Sheridan would at least prescribe meds until we could be seen. This place can never help. My daughter has strep really bad we have a wedding tomorrow that we are in and they can't even prescribe antibiotics until they can see her in Monday. I asked to at least do a televisit so they can see that her throat is full of blisters but they just refuse to be helpful. I am dropping this place ASAP

I was a patient for a short time. Initially I felt the service was good but started experiencing…read moreproblems with medication being sent to the wrong pharmacy. Later on I experienced an issue of not being able to see the doctor because I didn't have my medicine with me. I had no prior knowledge that I needed to bring it until I showed up for the appointment. I was asked to go home for it and my appointment would be rescheduled. I feel the entire situation was very unfair. Multiple times I called asking for call backs and they never happened. This situation resulted in me leaving the clinic for another one. I informed this clinic and they couldn't care less. Since leaving I have not been contacted by this clinic. I'm glad that I left it. I do give the doctor I saw credit for changing medication and making recommendations that worked. I'm appreciative of the help and advice. However being turned away over something I had no prior knowledge of is pretty lame. No communication with the clinic I had brought it up. Even a conversation the day before my appointment. No text message brought it up. I had important information to share with the doctor pertaining to my medical records that was ignored. The information was related to a diagnosis of autism. I feel completely justified in how I responded to this situation. I couldn't even speak with the clinic director. This all felt deliberate.

My 2nd appt was almost lost due to a power outage. I was not informed of and I went to my now 2nd scheduled appt like normal only to be told I had to race to a clinic on 1936 in 14 mins or risk losing my follow up appt. 3. I made it to said appt only to wait 45 to an hour for a PA that didn't know why I was there and left little to no knowledge of my pain management. How about if ur going to call yourself a primary care Dr you act like it. All I heard was chickens squeaking from my door making me even more uneasy with the level of unprofessionalism. Teach your office assistants that work is not the place to be loud and obnoxious. I'll be writing a letter to Austin and to the so called hospital attached to this ghetto clinic.

This office is literally the worst office for booking appointments that are convenient for both…read morechildren and parents. Due to their shortened office hours, especially after Covid it's almost impossible to get an appointment where you're not constantly pulling your child out of school. Not to mention if you do happen to get a Saturday appointment (that they have open usually once a month) it's often canceled on you at the last minute and you were pushed out several more months. I wish they weremore understanding that some schools are very strict on absenses as well as parents have jobs. It's very inconvenient and inconsiderate to not book appointments after like 2:30 in the afternoon and have limited days your office is oIf en.
