Every time my kids are sick we have to wait days to be seen! They do not work with you at all. De Sheridan would at least prescribe meds until we could be seen. This place can never help. My daughter has strep really bad we have a wedding tomorrow that we are in and they can't even prescribe antibiotics until they can see her in Monday. I asked to at least do a televisit so they can see that her throat is full of blisters but they just refuse to be helpful. I am dropping this place ASAP

I just started here as a patient but I won't stay long. I have never dealt with a place that treats…read morepatients with such disregard. The Nurse or someone there failed to transfer my medication to the right pharmacy and now the clinic just puts me on hold when I call. They keep asking me if the pharmacy is on my insurance and I have told them twice that it is. Fortunately for me, I won't be staying with this place as a patient.

This place is the the most unprofessional establishment I've ever come into contact with…read more 1. I made an appt that had to be rescheduled out of the blue and I was waiting for my appt. 2. My 2nd appt was almost lost due to a power outage. I was not informed of and I went to my now 2nd scheduled appt like normal only to be told I had to race to a clinic on 1936 in 14 mins or risk losing my follow up appt. 3. I made it to said appt only to wait 45 to an hour for a PA that didn't know why I was there and left little to no knowledge of my pain management. How about if ur going to call yourself a primary care Dr you act like it. All I heard was chickens squeaking from my door making me even more uneasy with the level of unprofessionalism. Teach your office assistants that work is not the place to be loud and obnoxious. I'll be writing a letter to Austin and to the so called hospital attached to this ghetto clinic.
