Non existent front desk. Been taking my 3 boys there for 28 YEARS. My youngest finally aged out. The last few years since they switched from Pedimedica to Riverside to Optum is awful. The doctors are fine. Always feel taken care of by them. But now there is a switchboard that you have to go through to get anything done. Anything!! They will NOT let you speak to the front desk. I needed immunization records. It's been 3 weeks!! Glad I don't have any babies. read more

I love love love my doctor. He remembers everything even if I've said it once. I love that he pays attention. Front desk staff are rude. It's like you're annoying them with your presence. Their number was disconnected and they've got a new one but who the hell would know? It hasn't been updated ANYWHERE. For weeks I tried to call but kept getting the same message. I finally called Riverside medical group of which they are a part and they said "oh yeah they've been having trouble with their phones" but no one said there is a new number. My daughter got sick and we just showed up. Basically this is a case of loving your doctor so much you're tolerating incompetence and bullshit. Office has no clue on how to schedule appointments. Staff is lazy! Is nothing but a money grab! Quality healthcare NOT here! All about quantity how many patients can I squeeze in and how many procedures can I push off on one patient!!! They charge you for filling out questionnaires give by them asking you to fill them out and they charge you!!! Worst place of business!! Find a new doctor immediately!!!! read more

Great doctors office! I was seen less than 15 minutes after I arrived, and the doctor was excellent. They answered all of my questions and didn't rush me out of the office like often happens at other doctors' offices. I can see my child is in good hands, very happy with their service. read more

If you have a weekday appointment with Dr Dora, Dr Benzel or Dr Kolsky they are great. Don't waste your time with a Saturday appoint with a sick baby. We had a 9:15 appointment and we were kept waiting for the doctor for over an hour. She didn't even arrive at the office until 10:30! The staff kept coming in and trying to give updates but could not say when the doctor would grace is with her presence. Now I get things happen but his is terrible. My baby was sick and uncomfortable we were left waiting for the person that is supposed to help her! read more

Today was my son's first visit at Pedimedica and I'm really happy with them so far. The office is clean, kid proof and the staff is very kind. My 3 year old felt right at home and although he didn't need to be "bribed" with goodies to cooperate, they gave them to him anyway so he left a happy camper. I called yesterday afternoon for a morning appointment the next day and they were able to accommodate us, and I was not waiting in the office long before my son was called in to be seen. I will be going to them for all of my son's healthcare needs. read more

I have three children, the oldest of whom is 18 years old. I've been taking all of them to Pedimedica since birth. Every visit, I've been charged the co-pay of $15 or $20 and that's it--for sick-visits, well-visits, whatever. We have very good insurance with United Healthcare. With 3 kids, we've run the gamut of physical aliments, doctor visits, hospitalizations, but we've always been charged the co-pay only. This past spring it all changed. I took my daughter to get a pre-college vaccine. We were supposed to go back to get a booster a week later. When we returned the following week, I told the doctor that my daughter had had a flu-like reaction to the first shot. The doctor recommended waiting another week for the second shot. I was subsequently charged $191 for a sick visit. On the bill I noticed the name of the group had changed to Riverside Medical--they had bought out Pedimedica. I took my second daughter in a few months later--a 15 minute visit. Again, my insurance company was charged $480 for a sick visit, $191 of which I was responsible for. This has never happened before. My insurance did not change. I've NEVER been charged anything other than the co-pay, unless it was blood work or out-of-office tests. This is completely insane. I'll never go back there again. How can these crooks stay in business??? Do they really expect parents to shell out $200 every time their child gets sick?? read more

Took my son because he most likely has the flu. His sister was seen the other day and tested positive. Gave me an spot at 12:30 and at 2:15 We still had about 4 kids in front of him waiting. We had a girl come out and offer pretzels and water apologizing but that was no help. Left and went to an urgent care which is what I should have done in the first place. Don't bother with a Saturday appointment unless you absolutely want to waste half of your day in a waiting room. Totally overbooked and inconsiderate of other's time. I won't be coming back. Time to look for a smaller office. read more
