It is conveniently located near the Community South Hospital complex. This is one of the few PT studios that has a resident Occupational Therapist. Leann is amazing. Scheduling is simple and easy. I did my schedule for two months out. They handle all types of therapy including knees, shoulders, elbows, post-surgery, post-stroke....You will need a doctor's prescription though. Hannah, one of the physical therapist has a lot of energy and is very upbeat and positive. Abagail works the front desk like a boss. I have been going here for a while and have been making a lot of progress. As part of my journey, I have been to a few PT studios and this one is the best by far. They carry high ratings across all the popular review websites for a reason. Hopefully you will never need physical therapy, but if you do. You need to go to this gem of a studio. I was perplexed because they had spoken with him directly over the phone. After a few minutes, they went with my appointment, but from what I heard and saw, it looked like them being overbooked was more the issue, because my therapist kept thanking another therapist for taking her patient. At the end of the appointment my therapist looked at her calendar and said that she would have to call me to schedule my next visit, mind you I am supposed to go twice a week. Any way, that appointment was on a Monday and as of that Friday I still had not received a call. Fortunately, I saw the writing on the wall early and set up some sessions with another company who has already seen me and laid out my schedule for as far as I would like. If you are looking for a physical therapist, I would probably skip this place and look elsewhere. I did not get nowhere near the service that I am use to here. And thankfully figured it out with only one session in.

The office is clean and inviting, the hours are flexible, and the staff at the front desk and the therapists are sweet, understanding, and super knowledgeable. From the very beginning, they make things easy. Unlike other PT offices I've been to, they don't make you fill out several versions of the same paperwork; they streamline the process with just a few charts and forms that you have to fill out to make it as easy and quick as possible. Booking is also a breeze because of the flexible hours that they maintain. From the first therapy session, the therapists in the office give you their full and undivided attention. I always feel like I am my therapist's number one priority when I'm with her. I can tell that she considers my pain when we check in and when she designs exercises for me to do. I have been calling for 2+ wks to get my medication refilled. 10 days without my medication I have been on for years! 6wks trying to schedule my next appointment which is normally every 3 months. The only communication I have received was an email from Jennifer in March stating they were short staffed to leave a message and she will call in my medication to the pharmacy. None of this is happening and I don't understand why. If he is no longer caring for PM patients we have a right to know this and ask for our medical records and a referral. Praying for a callback. It just seems cruel at this point and I have so many unanswered questions as to what happened and why PM Patients are not being taken care of. The people working here are extremely nice and knowledgeable. They talk with you not at you and make conversation while they're working with you. They make you feel comfortable here when you're really nervous starting physical therapy and are sympathetic with you when you're in pain. I would definitely recommend them
