Note that this is an out of pocket physical therapist but I'm squeezing all the value and learning I can out of each visit. They offer pelvic floor therapy as well as traditional therapy. I love how this space is home not only to yoga and Pilates but also massage and physical therapy. Gracie has been very supportive in this process- from both the pelvic floor aspects to discussing my bone density scan and goals to get back on track. I never felt that it helped much but in the absence of other options I kept trying. I found Trinda Metzger's contact info through a Yoga Facebook group and held onto it hoping I wouldn't need it. When I did need it Trinda got me in quickly for an appointment. The initial evaluation was thorough and she put the same kind of time and thought into each appointment. Her treatment plan for me changes to meet my immediate problems and needs while still considering my long-term issues and the solutions for them. She invested the time into figuring out what was behind the pain, treating it in the short term and most importantly, helping me understand how to manage it AND still live an active life. I now think of Metzger Physical Therapy the same way I do my Primary Care Physician, as a trusted service provider I am fortunate to have access to when I am in need.
