However they tore into the wiring harness, under the console, and told me the wires melted against the radiator hose. They said they needed to replace the wiring harness. The wiring harness is $900.00 plus labor. They charged me $300.00 and DID NOT FIX IT. I told them I would look at it myself. After checking several wires, and connections, and not finding the problem, I took it to Eurotek, a Triumph motorcycle dealership. They ran diagnostics, found it to be a chassis relay, and fixed it for $92.00!!! Tried to reason with the service manager later, and only got DOUBLE TALK.

Just let me do my browsing in peace but was there to answer any questions. Wasn't planning on purchasing that day, and really wasn't expecting to purchase from there because of the reviews I read on here. They gave me such a good deal on the bike I couldn't pass it up. The entire staff was super nice, especially the guy who helped with the financing, working with a local credit union to get me a great rate. Everyone there, including the guys in the parts shop, were great. I will definitely be going back when I'm ready to purchase another bike or any parts or accessories. No clue what happened for everyone to have such a bad experience, not sure if staff has changed or if you people are just terrible and blaming it on them, but I have not a bad thing in the world to say about the folks at Maxey's Motorsports after doing business with them.

Mechanic came out and said "oh that must've happened when they brought these over here." Look, I don't know or cared how it happened.. I just know when someone buys something brand new it should not have a noticeable scratch on it and they assume you're okay w/ it. Our sales man hasn't even made a follow up call to see how things are going with it as you should do in sales. But you know who has called?!? Todd. Great employee and he should be running the place. Didn't care about them charging for work that was not completed. Didn't care that they didn't address the issues. Nor does he need customers. I would look elsewhere. The issues with customer service obviously starts at the top. Matt you should be ashamed. BTW I have screenshots of how they treat their customers! Would give a negative review if I could.
