I had a above average experience with Landers in getting an oil change and tire rotation. I had…read moresynthetic oil added and rotation for about $110 bucks. They originally quoted me $116 bucks but when the vehicle was ready they volunteered the discount which was very cool. They also gave me a video and printout of my vehicles health and did not try to sell me anything. I waited while the service was completed in showroom area which was very comfortable and offered free snacks and drinks. Great experience for me, from every level.

Final invoice said job took 4.2 hours!! GM said would use as learning experience, which was fine until I go buy another new truck (2nd this year) and again the miscommunication within company begins. General Manager said in email "....make sure she takes great care of you guys as well as let my management team know".....well, sales person said knew nothing and nobody said anything. And if what we have gone through on newest vehicle is great care, standards are lacking tremendously. Saying things but not standing behind them (some with me reminding of what was said in writing they fixed-but hey do I have to push for what they promised). All in all Service writer says detail shop isn't good. Other employee says service department will just tell you anything, General Manager will make email statement and not follow through and then he made statement about employee that the employee denied saying. They aren't accountable for anything anyone in company states let alone themselves. This was my experience on multiple occasions- hope you have better.

Just let me do my browsing in peace but was there to answer any questions. Wasn't planning on purchasing that day, and really wasn't expecting to purchase from there because of the reviews I read on here. They gave me such a good deal on the bike I couldn't pass it up. The entire staff was super nice, especially the guy who helped with the financing, working with a local credit union to get me a great rate. Everyone there, including the guys in the parts shop, were great. I will definitely be going back when I'm ready to purchase another bike or any parts or accessories. No clue what happened for everyone to have such a bad experience, not sure if staff has changed or if you people are just terrible and blaming it on them, but I have not a bad thing in the world to say about the folks at Maxey's Motorsports after doing business with them.

I'd give them a five star review, but April...the woman that handles the titles ruined that…read moreopportunity. I bought my bike on 15 July. The sales team was great. I'm a new rider, they set me all up. Helped me secure bike on trailer, the transaction was so smooth. It was getting to be three weeks after I bought the bike and still had no title. My platoon sergeant was getting concerned and told me to get in the phone and call them. So I did. This was on July 30. They transferred me to April. She told me she accidentally ripped my title and had to order a new one. She had the new one on her desk that was getting put in the mail that day. Ok first how do you even accidentally rip a title? I had no reason to not believe she'd get it in the mail. I live in Lawton, 90 miles from maxeys. Two weeks had gone by and still no title. So I call back around Aug 13. Im put through to April again who swears she mailed it and mail from OKC to Lawton could take two weeks. LMAO who did she think she was kidding? I've sent mail thousands of miles away and the receiver got it faster than I did in another state. Aprils new plan was that if I don't have it by Aug 22 she order a new one and start the process over. Fast forward to yesterday. Ironically and interestingly enough the title came in the mail. Post marked 14 Aug. that tells me April was not truthful in when she sent that title out. I now have less than thirty days to get my bike registered...out of state. I bought a truck last year. Registered out of state. Didn't even come close to the risk of not being able to drive it because I got my title in a timely manner. Sales guys GREAT. April-Title person....horrible.
