Wasn't planning on purchasing that day, and really wasn't expecting to purchase from there because of the reviews I read on here. They gave me such a good deal on the bike I couldn't pass it up. The entire staff was super nice, especially the guy who helped with the financing, working with a local credit union to get me a great rate. Everyone there, including the guys in the parts shop, were great. I will definitely be going back when I'm ready to purchase another bike or any parts or accessories. No clue what happened for everyone to have such a bad experience, not sure if staff has changed or if you people are just terrible and blaming it on them, but I have not a bad thing in the world to say about the folks at Maxey's Motorsports after doing business with them.

Mechanic came out and said "oh that must've happened when they brought these over here." Look, I don't know or cared how it happened.. I just know when someone buys something brand new it should not have a noticeable scratch on it and they assume you're okay w/ it. Our sales man hasn't even made a follow up call to see how things are going with it as you should do in sales. But you know who has called?!? Todd. Great employee and he should be running the place. After reading other reviews I guess I made a bad decision from purchasing here and won't again. I will take my business elsewhere.

They were very patient and happy to help him find the bike he loved. Then, they went even further and sold him a bike with no drama and no bullshit. He loves his new Z.

Took them in for repairs and was charged over $200 for the repairs. Get them home, an hour drive, for them to not stay started and the other won't even start. Called them to tell them and they said they're repair shop is closed until after the first of the year So if you're thinking of getting a gift for your kid for XMAS, think again. It's weird that 2 different CC's bought totally separate in times, both don't work!! You'll get charged for their POS to get fixed!

I have to message or call them to get a status (or lack there of) update. Owner stated he did not care how his employees treated his customers. Didn't care about them charging for work that was not completed. Didn't care that they didn't address the issues. Nor does he need customers. I would look elsewhere. The issues with customer service obviously starts at the top. Matt you should be ashamed. BTW I have screenshots of how they treat their customers! Would give a negative review if I could. I called them a week earlier to make the appointment, and they responded back more than once, including the day before to make sure. That alone is a disappearing service from many dealerships today. The service writer was professional, courteous, and very helpful. He answered several of my questions with honesty, another disappearing quality. The technicians were as well. Very clean, lots of accessories, very well laid out like a department store. I will make the trek up here, and if you want service, selection, and value, it's a no-brainer.
