My little girl after being groomed! Jasmine and the rest of the team are always so polite. I haven't had a problem at all and they kindly take any request with haircut or even shampoo. They been helpful and always understand what I'm looking for. And they are so patient with my girl. At some point she use to come back super itchy! I'm so glad it's not a problem but they'll use a different one if requested. Thankfully it hasn't been an issue but glad they assist if it is. I had only been to this groomer once or twice before my 1st experience when I took her over a year ago was ok, I remember she asked me what type of haircut would I like said "teddy bear" I said what other type is there, she said, oh I only know teddy bear, I thought why ask me then. On Friday 10/7/2022 I made the worst decision ever, my regular groomer couldn't see my dog so I said I'll give this one another try. I took her in & when I was called to pick my dog Coco Channel up 2hrs later I walked in & the young lady who I believe is the owner calls me to the back where another gal met us I found my dog's booty bleeding I was shocked to see how badly she had been bleeding & how awful her booty looked, worse yet it didn't stop. The owner explained that my dog had a tiny little scab on her booty & when they were washing her the scab fell off. One of the gals who I believe is the owner proceeds to ask me if I want to take her like that or would they want me to wash her off I told her wash her off, she says the bleeding doesn't stop. I told her I'm upset I may have to take her to the Vet since the Vet charges are you paying for it. She then answers me "it's not our fault, we wouldn't hurt her on purpose" obviously but they did, the worst part is neither gal offered an apology nor took any responsibility. She also explained that my dog had other scabs, really lady then why didn't the others fall off with the water. We all know scabs fall off when they scratch them off. I'm telling you I had checked my dog right before taking her in. Funny thing before taking me to the back she made sure I paid her, believe me I wouldn't have paid if I had seen my dog before she took me to the back. Now I tell you once I show you the before & after you will be shocked, one picture is the one I had sent her earlier right before I text her & asked if she could groom her that day, the 2nd picture is after I picked her up. The next thing I noticed on my dogs face is that they cut her face by looking at her face it seems they cut to close to the face & she started bleeding when I got home, the rd picture is a cut that was hidden by her ear. I am so angry & disgusted with this groomer, her attitude, lack of customer service, lack of taking responsibility, and flat out lying. I know accidents tend to happen but I would have had more respect for her had she taken responsibility, offered to pay the Vet something. Be aware & be cautious with this groomer, I will not recommend you take your dogs here. read more

Took my dogs for a bath and haircut and the groomer cut my small senior dog. Not only was she negligent, but tried to somehow blame it on his behavior. Everyone who knows him always praises his calm demeanor so I couldn't believe what she was saying. However that was not the worst part, not only did they not call me immediately, but when I got there they charged me and then brought out the groomer to let me know what she did. I was in shock and couldn't even bother with them so I paid and took my dog to get care. Eventually after my husband spoke to them they offered a refund and to send one of their vets, no thank you, I will never again trust this place or any one affiliated with them. I AM APPALLED AT THE LACK OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DECENCY THIS "BUSINESS" PROVIDES TO THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS. I work 6 days a week, I had my little brother take my dog Bentley to get groomed here. Worst mistake of my life. For one, I have once in the past brought him here and it was fine. My little brother showed a picture for reference to what we wanted for Bentley the first time and he turned out great. This second time we used the SAME EXACT PICTURE for reference and as soon as I seen my dog I was in complete shock. NOT ONE BIT did they follow what we told them. Of course upset I call the business and "LULU" answers. I explain to her my situation and she automatically states that Bentley was in bad shape. Excuse me, what? Bentley is an indoor dog, his hair grew and we recently took him to the dog beach where he got some flees so we decided to take him back to this place. If Bentley was in such poor shape, why did they not call me and notify me? Why did they decided to make their own decision on a dog they DO NOT OWN. I also state how there are obvious trails of the machine that you can see on his coat and how the cut from the sides of his face are UNEVEN. She then starts to suddenly ramble on how my little brother asked for this in which I cut her off and say NO he certainly did not. Don't try to BS me. But of course, she then tries to mention how the picture that was showed to her as reference was an "Asian Cut" and starts at $90 or more. Mind you, the same picture was shown as reference the first time and I had no issues with the first cut and also paid $45. She then continues to say my brother asked for a 1 all over and I stop her there and say to stop lying because my brother did not ask for that. I explain that my brother is a barber and he is aware of how these numbers work and she goes on to say "YOU HAVE NO COMMON SENSE WE DO NOT WORK WITH THE SAME NUMBERS THAT BARBERS DO" Are you kidding me right now. Once she said that I knew I couldn't continue that conversation. I ask to speak to the owner and she says they will call me back. I ask her to confirm my number to make sure they have the correct number on file and she says I have your number. I ask her 3 more times to confirm my number with me and all times she denies. She has the audacity to say she does not have time to repeat the number and is too busy to do so. And in the middle of speaking she hangs up. If you want to avoid the headache and complete lack of respect, do not come here. There are plenty other groomers who will do as you tell them and treat you with respect. read more

Do not bring your dog here! As soon as I got home I realized my dog Lucy couldn't open one eye. I called the groomer to ask what exactly did they used on her, but the lady was being very rude and defensive. She made up a poor excuse and said they were not responsible for the damage of her left eye. The groomer didn't show any concern or compassion, instead of helping with the problem, she gaslighted me. Immediately I took my dog to the vet the same day. The Dr. informed me that Lucy was exposed to some type of chemical or deodorant spray. I will never go back to this place again. I have been bringing one of my dogs here ever since we got her. Always the same ,shave off. Now the owner wants to up charge because apparently the guy who used to work their would charge me wrong (like I'm at fault) then refuses to take my dogs because I questioned the up charge. I loved how easy it was to schedule an appointment. The lady at the front was very nice, and informative. She gave the prices on everything and even suggested some after care. They have some cute accessories inside as well that you can buy for your dog. At the end they call you 15 minutes ahead to let you know your dog will be ready & give you a report card after. Six hours after drop off, we decided to stop by in person since we were in the area. Again, rude guy was upset because we stopped by and added, "now your dog isn't going to let us groom him because he heard u here." By this point the dog had been there practically all day so we decided to wait for them to finish. My sis picked up the dog when he was ready and asked me why we had taken our dog there if the workers were really rude. Her experience was similar to mine. I've been a loyal customer since this shop has opened and have always taken my 3 dogs. on a couple of occasions they've cut my dogs and I've asked if they could be extra careful with them because they have matted hair.....this time around, I instructed them again to please be carful & all seemed well when my brother picked them up but I noticed my dog was a little off and noticed the cut on his belly. I attempted to call that day but they were closed and the next day I received no answer....I was ready to let it go and have it heal by itself but I'm noticing it's now getting infected and my dog doesn't want to eat or run around like usual. I've called the shop and the manager won't be in until Friday so I'm hoping to speak to her then since I couldn't get help from the employee who did the "cut" on my dog who says it isn't a cut but she put some form of powder to help it out.....nothing was communicated when my dog was picked up & I'm furious. I'm taking my dog to the vet because this isn't just an animal but a family member. the stylist name is "LULU" or so she said over the phone. Meant to review this place sooner! Been here 3 times and no more. Based on my last appt I had my dogs appointment at 11am he didn't come out till 6 hours later. Which obviously meant that he was kept in the kennel for this long. I called the guy 4 hours later to ask him in how long will my dog be ready and he said he was finishing up so I decided to head over that way since I was an hour away got there and asked for my dog and he said "oh he isn't ready, I told you I would call you when he was done" he also said he wasn't being cooperative. Which is odd I have always been told he's a good dog. But I guess you did keep him in a kennel for a LONG period maybe that's why he is acting up!!! I got a call from them at 6:30 that he was ready. Are you serious!! It took 7 hours to groom him!! Beware of this place. You guys shouldn't overbook and make the poor dogs suffer. read more

I brought in my mom's dog and when I got home I noticed our dog was running around back and forth . We didn't know if he was excited , or if something was wrong . We started to inspect his body and noticed he had minor scrapes . I'm going to assume they shaved to much hair that it shaved off his skin. It was burning him ; the reason he was running back and forth. He was so uncomfortable . When I first started going here the positive things about it were the reasonable prices and the girl who I normally dealt with seemed cool. Now for the plethora of negative aspects this "business" as the owner so frequently reminded me it was every time I was there. The owner is really unprofessional to say the least and very condescending. She took every innocent question as an insult and repeatedly stated that "this is a business and that's how things are done", I've been in business all my life, have a family business now, nothing about the way she acts is how business is done. Calling customers liars, compete inflexibility when it comes to time, random increases in price just because or maybe you have a grudge. From the very beginning the actually grooming & bath was never very good, lob sided, would ask for specific details would never get them (mainly the ears) , and I'd get her back dirty mainly from her private parts. I overlooked these things at first because I would have much rather supported a small family business that tries to save animals than take my dog to petco or some big name groomer. Unfortunately the more I would go the worse the experiences got. The couple times I asked them to fix an obvious mistake, it seemed to bother them a lot. One time I went as a "walk in" because they don't do same day appointments and was told they would take my dog but a person with an appointment called that was running late and my dog would be pushed back and my dog ended up taking over 5 hours. Then another time I had an appointment and was a little late, but called ahead of time to let them know. But this time in the ten minutes it took me to get there a walk in came and my dog got push back, which made no sense. My final final, was enough. I tried to give these ladies chance after chance. I went in and a gentleman greets me, we go through the process, I tell him I want the teddy bear face with the ears cut along the actual ears. Then he tells me the owner left a note saying to charge me specifically extra money. They had just raised the price the couple weeks and that was perfectly fine, so I thought it was the same thing. I asked what it was about and he told me it was separate, she didn't say why, but he would look into and try to get rid of it. My dog was supposed to take 2 1/2 hours. 4 1/2 to 5 hours later I get there and the owner is there, my dogs not ready so I go pay. I ask ask her about the extra charge and she says yeah I put it. I asked again why and her exact words were "I PUT IT THERE, I DON'T REMEMBER WHY, AND I'M DONE TALKING ABOUT IT". What business does some shit like that? She then starts making up stuff about that I ask the price a lot, which if any CUSTOMER did it shouldn't make a damn difference! When my dog finally cones out her ears aren't cut at all and ages still dirty from her stomach and private parts. I tell her about the ears which pissess her off, the whole time in trying to stay calm even playing with her niece and nephew. When she brings her out she asks if that's fine, she's still dirty so I tell her no but that's alright. read more

NEVER AGAIN! WORSE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR PUPPIES! I was strongly recommended to peek a dog I was told they had really reasonable prices and their grooming was great. Well I decided to take my two puppies after the good comments. When I got there everything was great, I explained to the young girl how I liked the grooming for my puppies she made me filled out two forms one for each puppy. She took my dogs in at 11:30 am and told me they where going to call me 30 minutes before they where done. It was 5 o'clock and I hadn't received a call so I decided to stop by at 5:30 I have never left my dogs that long at a grooming place . I get there and nobody was in the front desk all I hear is a women yelling in the back room " stop stop stop " I peek and saw the young woman yelling at a dog . Then another lady comes out and I tell her I was there to pickup my dogs she tells me my dogs are not even near done that they where finishing with some dogs that where in front of mine. The girl in the back tells me out loud " there will be ready in about 2 and 1/2 hours. So they call me at 8 to pick my dogs at 8:30. I'm expecting a really good job with the grooming. You have to keep in mind that my dogs have been in a small cage for 9 hours straight with no food and no water at all . When they brought them out I notice they where really anxious I start checking the grooming and it's awful. I had asked her to give them a teddy bear cut for their face and not to touch or cut the tail or the eyelashes. She did the opposite and when I ask her she said "they where very knotted so I had to cut everything next time u can set an appointment so we can take them in right away". I noticed that one of my dogs had strands of long hair in her head so I asked her if she could fix it ,well she wasn't very happy I asked so she takes her to the back and then I hear she starts yelling "stop stop stop moving" omg when I heard that I told her that's fine leave her like that . So she brought my dog out. And I told her: "when you tell my dog to stop my dog gets scared and she said she was just moving a lot . I was very disappointed over all. This place it's not professional at all. They treat you and your dog as if they are doing you a favor and to top it off when I got home I notice they made a deep cut on one of my dog's neck and she was bleeding. Very unethical! read more

Great little rescue! While I can't speak for the grooming, we adopted a 3 month old rescued pit puppy from here and were really happy with how thorough they were at verifying that their animals went to great homes. They asked about our background, rescue history, and did a home check which we were so happy to do since it shows they really care about the dogs. Cant wait to send in update pics!
