Unbelievable service! I stopped by to ask if I could get an estimate, because the plastic piece under my car was hanging down by the rear wheel. Tons of body shops in the area but I chose Peerless Auto Body based on a friend's recommendation. Mike and his crew were a great help. My 2017 Nissan Armanda Plantinum had left front end damage from it being backed into a Bollard. That's what I get for loaning my vehicle to someone else. A smashed fender, headlight and front grill. I had a nasty bump on my front bumber of my 2015 Chevrolet Camaro SS, and I was shopping around to get quotes. I came across Peerless Auto Body. I am greeted my Mike and even though he was very busy he took the time to check out my car and gave me a quote. The quote was very resonable and no other body shop came close. Other body shops see my car, and since its a sports car, they want to try to over charge me, but not here at Peerless Auto Body. Mike was honest, reliable and friendly. I decided to get the job done here and I am very happy with the results. My car looks like nothing has happened and I can honestly say this was such a great experience, and to make it better, it was done very quick. I am recommending this shop to everyone. The worst service I've ever had from a car autobody shop. The first time I had my car in there it was there for six months with no explanation the second time it was there for seven months and this last time it was in there for 10 months and my husband had to threaten to sue them to get my car out of there. It's now at Mercedes where it cannot be driven because it sat for so long the head computer is dead the battery was dead it has so many problems they don't even know where to start to fix it I've been without my car since March 2014 it's now December.......that is unacceptable!!! Probably the most frustrating experience I've ever had and to top it off the brand-new $2500 apiece rims were damaged when they transported the car to Mercedes. And one last thing they did not replace the parts that they were required to under the estimate even though they were paid in full they simply straighten them out which is also unacceptable. Mike the owner said her could recon the light and make it look like new without replacing the whole assembly. If you love your car, Peerless Auto Body is the place to go. After being hit hard from behind and pushed into the car in front of me, while at a stop light, the front and back of my 2008 Honda Accord was a mess. Peerless is on Statefarms preferred auto list so I called them. They kept me calm, and told me all the steps to follow to get started in fixing my beloved Honda right away. The next day I brought the car to Peerless and they had the paperwork ready as well as the rental waiting for me. I said my goodbyes to the Honda, and within a day had a call telling me how long and everything that needed to be done. The car was done exactly on time, but I had no way to get to it, So the owner Mike hand delivered it to me that day. The first look at the car and I didn't think it was mine, It was perfect, showroom condition. Every little detail was covered, it was tight, shiny and wonderful.
