My order was not ready on time, requiring me to make multiple trips back. When I finally picked up, 2 of my items had been separated from my order and were in a different part of the building. When I examined my white shirts, they still had the original stains -- completely uncleaned despite being charged for dry cleaning. I never even asked for dry cleaning; I needed stain removal. When I asked for a refund for the item that was clearly not cleaned, they refused and claimed the items had been treated. Anyone could see they had not been touched. The staff argued with me and even held my clothes, telling me I could not take them without speaking to a manager -- over items I paid for and own. To top it all off, after all of this, the female manager had the audacity to tell me not to come back. I came to you as a customer needing a service. You failed to deliver, refused to make it right, and then dismissed me. Absolutely unacceptable. This was already my second bad experience at this location.
