We went for a flight around the Los Angeles basin and further up north via the coast to Camarillo before we headed back to the Van Nuys Airport. Upon return, again, the front desk gal was very pleasant and asked how my first flight with them was. I appreciated the interaction. I had a good time flying and the kindness at Corsair Aviation was noticeable.

Not only are their pilots clearly safe and experienced, they also have the 5-star customer service to ensure you and your guests are taken care of with the utmost respect and care. Every time I have used them they have been at the airport or helipad waiting for our arrival dressed professionally and with the helicopter ready to go with snacks and drinks inside. If you ask they can have a couple beers waiting for you and your friends as well! The helicopter exterior and interior was clean and pristine, they even have tv screens for playing blue-ray and USB connections to plug in your music or charge your phone; just what you want to impress your guests with! Flights have always been fantastic and as soon as we land our car is brought around to pick us up. Bottom line: I've flown with other companies before I found Coastal but I'm hooked now. My guess is that the previous bus must be full at the Terminal 4 or 5. At least. the LAX Flyaway saved me $90 for a ride from the LAX to my home if I would take an Uber at $140 via UberX at 5:05 PM.

This is the worst service from LAX to the van nuys flyaway…read more The drivers do not count how many seats are available before you pay to get on and they will not refund you if pay and there is no room. There is no line or structure for when the bus arrives if you are in some kind of line and need to hand off your luggage to the driver you just loss your place in line. DO NOT!use this service if you are traveling with kids, elderly because people will just push their way on. I really think that the drive should take people luggage according to how people are in line for the bus and most importantly do a head count be before you go to the next pick up!
