Great customer service and I was able to speak with a representative who answer all my questions. Very professional service. I flew from Van Nuys, CA to Teterboro, NJ. Before the flight I was welcomed and their new and modern hangar with snacks and drinks available for the passengers. Great experience meeting Jonathan the captain of the flight before entering the jet. Amanda the flight attendant was helpful throughout the trip. Before the flight they asked me for my dietary restrictions, and had a delicious vegan lunch. The seats were very comfortable and I even got a nap on the jet couch. Flying into Teterboro, NJ about 20 miles outside NYC in the evening was great as the service includes a helicopter ride into NYC. To end the journey from L.A to NYC on a helicopter ride at night in what I think is the most beautiful city in the world at night was amazing. Will definitely recommend to my friends and colleagues. Not only are their pilots clearly safe and experienced, they also have the 5-star customer service to ensure you and your guests are taken care of with the utmost respect and care. Every time I have used them they have been at the airport or helipad waiting for our arrival dressed professionally and with the helicopter ready to go with snacks and drinks inside. If you ask they can have a couple beers waiting for you and your friends as well! The helicopter exterior and interior was clean and pristine, they even have tv screens for playing blue-ray and USB connections to plug in your music or charge your phone; just what you want to impress your guests with! Flights have always been fantastic and as soon as we land our car is brought around to pick us up. Bottom line: I've flown with other companies before I found Coastal but I'm hooked now. My guess is that the previous bus must be full at the Terminal 4 or 5. At least. the LAX Flyaway saved me $90 for a ride from the LAX to my home if I would take an Uber at $140 via UberX at 5:05 PM.

There is no line or structure for when the bus arrives if you are in some kind of line and need to hand off your luggage to the driver you just loss your place in line. DO NOT!use this service if you are traveling with kids, elderly because people will just push their way on. I really think that the drive should take people luggage according to how people are in line for the bus and most importantly do a head count be before you go to the next pick up!
