Great customer service and I was able to speak with a representative who answer all my questions. Very professional service. I flew from Van Nuys, CA to Teterboro, NJ. Before the flight I was welcomed and their new and modern hangar with snacks and drinks available for the passengers. Great experience meeting Jonathan the captain of the flight before entering the jet. Amanda the flight attendant was helpful throughout the trip. Before the flight they asked me for my dietary restrictions, and had a delicious vegan lunch. The seats were very comfortable and I even got a nap on the jet couch. Flying into Teterboro, NJ about 20 miles outside NYC in the evening was great as the service includes a helicopter ride into NYC. To end the journey from L.A to NYC on a helicopter ride at night in what I think is the most beautiful city in the world at night was amazing. Will definitely recommend to my friends and colleagues. I am arranging plans to fly with Pegasus Elite Aviation to Miami with my wife and my baby son to celebrate my birthday in December. Not only are their pilots clearly safe and experienced, they also have the 5-star customer service to ensure you and your guests are taken care of with the utmost respect and care. Every time I have used them they have been at the airport or helipad waiting for our arrival dressed professionally and with the helicopter ready to go with snacks and drinks inside. If you ask they can have a couple beers waiting for you and your friends as well! The helicopter exterior and interior was clean and pristine, they even have tv screens for playing blue-ray and USB connections to plug in your music or charge your phone; just what you want to impress your guests with! Flights have always been fantastic and as soon as we land our car is brought around to pick us up. Bottom line: I've flown with other companies before I found Coastal but I'm hooked now. They know exactly what I want and need. I am always looking forward to my next flight with them!

Parked our car for this trip. (Cost is $6 a day )…read more Easy enough. The parking structure is large , we were parked on the third level. Sometimes they close the doors before the bus takes off. Not sure why, but they didn't this time so we made it right away. Otherwise we would have to wait the next bus , about 20mins. In this case, just as we were about to leave the property, one couple realized they forgot something from their car and the bus driver graciously circled around and let them leave. (I think if he had pulled outside onto the street, might not of let them out). No, they didn't wait . Let them take off and grab their luggage. They had to hit the next bus. Always smooth on the way from VN to LAX. ON the way back from LAX to VN ....mixed results. We arrived back to LAX on a Saturday afternoon. Just as we landed, we ran to the spot and the bus door was closed. I waved but the driver didn't look and took off. Understandable. so I ran to the next stop and caught them on the next pickup. lol. I didn't have to wait for the next bus. Amazing , timing. One shocking thing happened as the bus was picking up people from terminal 1-6. Very few people were picked up, I guess it was an off time. One guy came late and was angry, did not open the door. Again, I'm sure they have a time table. And can't always let people in when the doors are closed. In one case, the driver let one guy in even though the door was closed - since he had no luggage. (The airline lost his!!) Well , as we get to terminal 7 (the last one )....there were a bunch of people waiting to get picked up . Well, our driver doesn't stop and leaves the airport!!! No joke. We can see some people waving hands and yelling. Mind you, the bus was basically empty. (Based off experiences in the past, I think it's a trend the driver might ignore the last stop. That's crazy. I wouldn't believe it unless I saw it. ) Bottom line, may not go smoothly from LAX to VN.... On the other hand, driving to LAX pickup up or dropping off is usually an idiotic idea. It's gotten from bad to worse since the construction the last few years...

Buses can sometimes be a little behind schedule, and loading onto the bus can take time so I suggest not being in a rush so save yourself the stress on travel day. The terminal itself has lots of parking, seating inside the terminal and clean bathrooms. The buses are clean and comfortable. In my opinion, the Fly Away is the most painless and affordable way to get to LAX without driving. The only downside is that depending on what time you are getting on or off the bus, the timing can be off. Sometimes getting on a bus at LAX can be really tough if it's full because you have to just wait and wait for another bus to come. Despite the hiccups, I'll do just about anything to avoid the traffic or pay top dollar for an awkward uber ride. You can be on your laptop, watch tv, or even take a nap on the drive there. Just plan ahead to make sure you get on a bus that gets you to the airport with plenty of time.
