Mr. Minton said he would be e-mailing me a bid shortly. October 21st. I still had not received the bid. I called and Mr. Minton, stated it would be done in a couple days. November 18th I still had not received the bid. I called and he stated he had e-mailed it the night before but may have sent it to the wrong e-mail address. He asked that I text him my e-mail address which I promptly did. November 21, I texted that I still had not received the bid, with no response. November 29, I again texted that had not received the bid. He responded stating he was on vacation and would be home in a couple days. December 4th, I called to find out the status. No answer, and voice mailbox was full. I sent a text, asking what was going on as it had been 2 months since they first visited. Received no response. December 9, I sent a text asking for an explanation of the delays. Again, no response. December 27th, I finally spoke with Mr. Minton. He immediately went into a rant about being too busy with other projects and taking care of his family. He said I was rude for trying to contact him so much, even though I often waited weeks between inquiries. He felt he had no responsibility to keep me informed of what was going on. When I asked why he hadn't simply e-mailed the bid he said he was too busy. I have never written a yelp review in my life. But Mr. Minton and his attitude is unprofessional and beyond the pale. I will leave it to the reader to form their own opinion as to why there is a one star rating, that should be no stars if that was available.
