He spent time snaking sewer line till clog was gone. He even cleaned my slop sink, which was full of Shit, literally. One top of that, he only charged me for the special rate they were having for main line unclogging. Now this worked out great, as my special needs kid was putting baby wipes in toilet, unbeknownst to me. MiselBerger Inc. recommended, sold, and installed a central AC system that is fundamentally incapable of cooling the 2nd & 3rd floor of our home, as agreed upon in the contract for their services. From the outset, the system has failed to perform its most basic function: maintaining comfortable indoor temperatures. Even while running continuously at maximum output, it struggles to bring the 2nd floor below the high 70s during late spring and summer weather conditions. MiselBerger Inc returned to our home more than five times to inspect the system and attempt modifications or fixes in the weeks after initial installation. None of their interventions resulted in a reasonable indoor temperature. After the repeated visits, they eventually gave up, blaming our "leaky house," rather than taking responsibility for their own errors. At no point did they acknowledge the improper sizing or offer a meaningful solution, refund, or corrective action. We eventually sought an independent evaluation from another HVAC contractor. That assessment confirmed what MiselBerger Inc. refused to acknowledge: the system they installed is significantly undersized. They installed a 2-ton unit (24,000 BTUs) for a space that requires approximately 33,000 BTUs (2.7 tons). This is not a minor discrepancy. It is a clear failure to perform basic load calculations and recommend appropriate equipment. We relied on MiselBerger Inc's expertise to guide this decision. Instead, we were sold a system that was never capable of meeting our home's cooling demands on the 2nd and 3rd floors. MiselBerger Inc failed to perform due diligence and left us with a costly, ineffective system that cannot do the job it was sold to do.

He unclogged it and gave us tips for prevention in the future (even though it's really just these old pipes) And the price was a BARGAIN. The gauge indicated on a Saturday that it was much lower than the 1/4 tank and I waiting until Monday morning so that I could order on a business day verses weekend. Yes I was asking for emergency fill however, if there is a legitimate emergency charge I would gladly pay the additional charge. But cash, and being insulted is unacceptable and very very unprofessional as good honest business practice. I did call back to let the owner know that I had chosen a different oil company due to the disrespect I encountered with Lauren, his daughter, and was abruptly cut off mid sentence with, "good we don't want to do business with your kind anyway". I made a very good choice today to move away from this very rude unprofessional home fuel delivery company. I hope my time in writing this review helps "my kind" of people make a decision to to spend their hard earn money on a company that appreciates their business.
