Great experience here. The staff was friendly, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. It's very hard for me to find someone I can trust with my hair. It turned out better than how I hoped. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

Surprised to find hair salon SO close to my house and open on Sunday! I have long hair, I expected it to be expensive and take a long time- which it didn't. I think the owner? did my hair, a stylish mature lady. Take note, Spanish is the main language here but you don't NEED to speak it to get hair cut! She did an absolutely FABULOUS job on my hair, layering it and removed a huge amount of "bulk" she took me from outdated 1980s "triangle" hair to shiny, smooth and very well cut medium layers. I will TRY post good pic later ;) to update this review. I was shocked to end up at the desk to pay and be told it was "$55.00 please" !! she is underselling herself. A very fine establishment and hidden- PLEASE try them- they do men AND women's hair. read more

Worst service ever. Spend your money elsewhere. I wanted big curls and the guy went in with a thin curling iron. I even know that will make your hair really frizzy. My hair looks like an afro and the curls fell out. My hair just looked like a sponge. He still has the audacity to over price a hair style that wasn't done properly. read more

Went in Thursday for hair straitening treatment , deep conditioning , and cut. very excellent service. Hairstylist Rudy was very professional ,polite and courteous. He did an amazing job. I love my new look. Will return soon for hair color. I noticed the other hair stylist in the salon doing other clients hair, and in my opinion also did an amazing job, I believe her name is Angelica. The experience was amazing. Knowing Spanish, my friend was happy to discover that the staff members spoke it well, which put her feeling comfortable all around. The entire staff was really considerate, skilled, and attentive to my needs. They also offered helpful suggestions. The quality of the service exceeded expectations, despite the fact the price was reasonable. For an excellent salon experience, I highly suggest Pelazzo Hair Lux. read more
