Customer service was horrible. When someone asks you for a specific color and you say you can do it, then you should do it. And if you can't, please speak up and say so. Also, if it's not a what the client asked for, at least offer to try and help make it right and not say a bunch of excuses as to why it "can't" be done. Communication is important no matter what you work in and the communication here was awful. Waste of money if you ask me. read more

I finally found a good hairstylist once I moved here and let me just say, it's useless to leave Voicemails on their machine because it never gets checked and no one calls you back. I called once a week for 2 weeks and never got a call to make a scheduled appointment. Then I got scheduled bc I was gonna just show up as a walk in and they told me they don't have anyone to do walk-ins on Saturdays and everyone was booked... I stop by 10/29/22 and personally made an appointment for 1:00pm with Elsa on 11/5/22. On 11/2/22 received a phone call from Elisa G. that I wasn't welcome there and my appointment cancel. I called again and made my appointment. It was cancelled by Elisa G. again. This place doesn't just offer hair and nail services it also has facial services!! I received a facial by Amanda today. I used to get facials every month by her from another facility and I followed her all the way to this new place. Her room is super cute and relaxing. I absolutely love the product that she uses, it doesn't feel heavy on my skin and my skin actually feels clean and refreshed. I'm super happy with the service that I received today. Wanted pink and white sculpture acrylics, called and confirmed in the morning that the tech did sculps, not tips, was assured they were sculps. Got to the busy messy salon, braved sitting down to find out she had no clue what she was doing. She said she could do it with tips, I said no I'll go somewhere else, but you shouldn't tell people you can do something you can't do. She looked at me like i was out of line! I usually get my hair done at salons, but after only needing new a trim and not wanting to pay the money, I decided to give this place a try. I was not disappointed, and I liked the customer service. Paco did my hair, and it was very nice. I'm thinking of switching my regular salon to this place. Update: I remembered that I have this place good reviews, but it does not deserve this. After my hair was done, Paco curled my hair, which was real nice and I loved it. When I washed my hair out and straightened it, it was all choppy. My hair wasn't blended, and j had to end up going back to the salon that I wanted to avoid going to. Would not recommend. read more

Doesn't seem like they care anymore, I went in yesterday an hour after they opened and nobody was in front, there were other people waiting and I remember how good the stylists were here so I decided to wait for fifteen to twenty minutes. Still nobody came to the front so I left for another local salon. I literally can't express enough with how excited I was when I hopped out of that chair. Yvonne was amazing! Not only that, but we had really great conversations throughout the entire time I was there and had some things in common. She worked her magic. I have African American hair that is chemically relaxed and I needed something that was lower maintenance because my hair is super thick and hard to keep up. Yvonne took her time with me to ask me what it is I really wanted in regards to how long I wanted to spend time doing my hair in the morning, how short I wanted it, etc. She really worked with me to find the best haircut and style to help me maintain my hair better than ever! Love Naomi!!!!! She does a great job and always gets it right! The other girls thy work here are rude and don't wanna work. Whenever I go in for a trim and Naomi isn't there the other girls insist they are too busy and don't have time. I have come in twice around 5 and wanted trim (I work) and since they close at 7 shouldn't be a problem yeah right they are unable to see me cause they are booked until closing 3 workers and 2 clients ugh! I would highly NOT recommend this place at all. I use to go like about 2 years ago when the old team was there. I would always get my hair done with Megan, she always did an absolute amazing job and always did what I wanted and came out looking amazing. Well, I haven't done my hair in about a year because of my pregnancy and so I had about 3-4 inch of virgin hair and the rest like light brown. Well when I went in I wanted to get highlights done. The lady recommended I do one time tone to even my hair out I was like ok. She said it might slightly be a 2 tone, I was like o k. So I let her do it anyways and it did come out 2 tones but it was so noticeable. I didn't like it at all but anyways I got my highlights finally done at this other salon, came out great! So anyways later on about a month later I got recommend to go to Classy again but with this other lady. So even with my bad experience the first time I went. I set up an apt about 9, the lady didn't get done till about 1:20-2:00pm. Well with all that time I was like it's going to look amazing. Nope! It didn't. Well, she finally finished and she told me when you get home lemme know how it is I was like ok yeah sure. So I got home took shower and straightened my hair and the results. First off she didn't do what I wanted, I asked for like chocolate base with blonde highlights, remember highlights no big chomps which I got also. My hair came out caramel/honey I was not satisfied and then my hair cut she took like about 30 min and I seriously didn't get my layers, I got an uneven cut. I was like maybe it's just me, so I asked everyone what color does my hair look they all told me caramel/honey, I even asked does my hair look blonde and they would say no honey/caramel. Even my friend told me it looks like she just toned my hair and didn't do nothing at all. I was so disappointed with all the feedback because maybe I thought it was just me but came to find it wasn't. So I went back but they were closed then next day I called manager and told him I was not satisfied and I wanted a refund. Well he told me come the next day with this other lady and I told him absolutely no. I told him this was my second time with 2 different ladies getting my hair done and they messed it up so I told him I didn't wanted no one else from his store to touch my hair. I even told him I had pictures and I could go in right now and he could see, he replied to me with I wouldn't know I'm not a stylist. I'm like thinking seriously you're a manager and didn't know anything. Wow! But yes it's just a big mess but luckily after much argument you can say I got my refund and still with my hair color which I hate. Oh and searching for a new salon :/ read more
