The fix literally took maybe 3 minutes total, but instead of simply correcting the issue, she insisted the hair was still there because that area "isn't included" in a Brazilian service. I've been getting Brazilians for over 12 years and have never once had that tiny section intentionally left untouched..... just on ONE SIDE MIND YOU...so the explanation honestly felt dismissive and gaslighting....actually it didn't feel that way. It WAS that way. What made the experience worse was that after fixing maybe 10 hairs, she tried charging me $25 for a "touch-up" that was clearly correcting an honest mistake from the original appointment. The employee I saw around 1 PM on Saturday the 23rd of May seriously needs better customer service training. Customers come back when businesses handle small issues professionally and respectfully -- not when they're made to feel like they're wrong for pointing out a missed spot. Really disappointing experience this time. Train your employees how to handle this better and take accountability.

She flipped through her book, while I watched and proceeded to tell me "I can't find the sticker. I lost it" I told her I believe I saw it, and she snapped at me "that one is silver! You said you want gold!" I asked to see the book so I could switch my design and lo and behold I found the gold sticker. I pointed it out and she scoffed and proceeded to use more pressure on my nails to the point it hurt. Despite all this I wanted to give it another shot because I loved her work and scheduled a fill. When she saw it was me she gave me a cold look and walked away. The receptionist then told me Stella is refusing service and another tech would assist me. I was paying ~$120 + tip each visit and to have this type of treatment and embarrass me was hurtful.

I called 911, and she was transported to Banner Hospital, where I am with her now. I fully understand why businesses have cancellation policies, and my concern is not the $17.50 fee itself. My concern is the complete lack of compassion and professionalism in how the situation was handled. I explained the circumstances, texted photos from the hospital, and even offered to provide documentation if needed. Despite that, no one asked how my mother was doing or expressed any concern. Instead, I was met with an argument over the cancellation fee and repeatedly told that it was simply their policy. There is an important difference between a routine last-minute cancellation and an unexpected medical emergency involving a loved one. I would have expected at least a small amount of understanding and empathy in a situation like this. It is unfortunate to lose a loyal customer over $17.50, particularly when the issue was never really about the money. It was about how I was treated during an incredibly stressful and frightening situation. After this experience, I will not be returning.

I was looking for Classy's phone number when i saw this old, bad review. Sure this place is busy...with flair & happy customers like me! I came first time to get my daughter's first haircut in '08. There was a $10 haircut sign outside. Hmmm...Why not? We were welcomed by a refreshing look into the past. Every angle was busting with a collector's wet dream waiting to be appreciated. There is an original Wizard of Oz poster on the wall. The hair wash area has authentic 8x10 glossies of Oscar winners like Elizabeth Taylor & Humphrey Bogart. No sterilized chain salon here... The hairstylists,all busy with their own customers, looked at us in the eye and said hello. So warm & friendly, ready for a good gossip. When they learned it was my daughter's first time, they sat her in front of a floor length tri-sided mirror to intake the experience. She'd have gone bald just to continue being treated like a princess. We were so happy. I gave $20. When was the last place you went to & were treated so well to give a 100% tip? I have wavy hair. You know, the second hardest hair to deal with after black hair. Before, Ulta had me enslaved to boring layers Since going to Classy, I've had an updated sexy hairstyle which always gets compliments. Nothing was done here. So my daughter now has a partial highlight for $500. Go elsewhere.
