The vet oversaw my pup's groom to make sure everything was as I wanted. If you are in need of a simple, "breed neutral" shave (they don't do breed specific grooming at the moment) and you aren't picky, then this is a great place to go! The groomer found a suspicious sore on my Golden Buddy and Dr Chandler looked at it for no charge. I took him to his regular vet, but Dr Chandler's concern that it was a mast cell tumor was correct. Anyway, this happened about a month ago. Now Sniffle is my travel companion. We spend our days cruisin' across Merica, listenin' to country music, stopping at roadside attractions, and arguing about directions even though he's a dog. The problem was that Sniffle was gettin' a little ol' big. Every time he'd jump into the truck, the suspension would file a formal complaint. Every motel bed looked one dog away from collapse. So while we were passin' through Alabama, I took him to Alabama Spay Neuter Clinic to get the stuff done. Sniffle spent the whole drive there staring out the window like he knew exactly what was about to happen. I spent the whole drive pretending everything was normal. The staff were wonderful. They treated my boy like family, answered all my questions, and took excellent care of him. They even reassured me when I asked if he'd forgive me before we crossed the next state line. A few hours later they brought him back out. He looked sleepy, confused, and like he had just discovered betrayal for the first time in his life. I bought him a cheeseburger afterward. That's what friends do. Now here we are a month later, still touring Merica together. Sniffle is doing great, riding shotgun, sticking his head out the window, and judging every restaurant we pass. Five stars. Great people, great service, and they helped my big ol' buddy get the stuff done so we could get back on the road and continue our grand tour of Merica. If possible you can take your pet to your regular vet as soon as you can. On a recent visit we brought our dog here on a holiday because he was in pain. They took care of him right away, ran a bunch of tests and left us know the diagnosis. They gave us an estimate of what the costs would be up front so we knew what we were in for. He spent the night and I picked him up first thing in the morning and took him to my local vet to finish his treatment. We also had another emergency with our older dog and they gave us our options. No judgment on our decision. I hope we never need them again but I'm glad they are here if we do.
