The only thing I wish I knew before booking the job, is that he has a shop that he could have done the work on. I thought Fibrenew only did work on site - which is my fault. Because of that, Steve spent hours in a blazing hot garage making my car seats look like new. I wish I had known that, because I absolutely would have taken the car to him. Had two large rugs needing cleaning. I was concerned they would want to clean them on the floor but…read moreinstead they came out, right on time agreed, picked up the rugs, took them back to Clinton. They brought them back the following Monday and put them back in place. The rugs were much brighter and had a clean smell. I thought the price for such service was reasonable. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Well they were fast to respond to make things right too. Samantha in their office made initial contact. Then Matt, the franchise manager or some big title, I lost his card, came out right away to assess what was wrong. Everything is right and good now. "Like it never happened." If you read my first review, they dropped the ball. There were a few things incomplete and or I believe left out or should have been handled differently in my opinion. They seemed to truly listen to my concerns. And I will add. I did and do trust these people, this company. And still do. They were polite and courteous. I had no problems leaving my home with them working in it. Would I call them again now? After all this? You can bet on it. Let's hope I do not need their services. But if I do, I hesitate to call them. I would recommend these guys.
