We bought our 2013 car used, two years ago. Took that same car in for the back tires to be realigned last week. They called and told us we need a whole new suspension system because it was all rusted out, after having the car for only two years, it all needs to be replaced. Bought the car $16,000, still owe $10,000, and they give us an almost $10,000 price to replace everything. I've since taken my car to other mechanics and they're appalled by the price I was given. They said there's no possible way Brad Deery didn't see all this rust, no way this much rust can happen in two years. I came to Brad Deery to get a reliable car to get my kids and I safely around and just 2 years later I'm basically stuck with a lemon, and the repair is as much as I still owe on the car. I brought my car in here for a bad flywheel. $1800 and a week later I take it to work. get off and I see junk under the car. So I go right back to Brad deery. the boot was torn and they had to remove it to change the flywheel. so I'm like you did this. he asked the mechanic if he had to take it out.. guys like yes. so he look at me and say well you could have done it. so I get screwed. so they fix it. and I'm on the road. 8 days later my transmission fails. so I had it towed to them on October 2nd 2018. I'm told it'll be $500. they say it's only the torque converter. then they call back it also the transmission but still $500. ok. then a week goes by they call again bad news it's going to be $1,700. like what !! so they mess with it and mess with it then on Nov 20th I get a call it's all done. so we run in and drop the loaner off. they ask about payment and I told them I have no money. I took the $500 and bough a Junker to get around. . so we don't get the car. around February we get out taxes and go pick it up. they have to send to get the car it's parked over in a different area. they park out front I now figured out it was so they could all watch. when I started it all the caution lights came on. the monitor didn't work radio didn't work the wipers didn't work. everything was screwed up bad. and I knew they new because they drove it over. So I left with it. I get home and takes photos of all the problems. the turbo failed. no power. antifreeze is low. the transmission is leaking from the long shaft. the oil pan is broken. it's totally screwed up. so I post a review on google and it's removed. I post another and again it's removed. Don't use google. I complained and I received a letter from the boss saying he knew the light was on and did nothing. they lied and stole from me. My husband and I went to the dealership with approved financing, check in hand, and a truck picked out. After about 10 minutes of dealing with our sales consultant, Darean Witt, we were turned off. He was very scripted when he spoke and really didn't even pay attention to anything that we asked or said. We had seen three other trucks already, but really liked the one on their lot which was very unfortunate because they were not even willing to budge. After being told numerous times by Darean himself, what a good salesman he was and how good his reviews were, I wanted to vomit. He then proceeded to tell me that I was insulting him by my offer after he was giving me a "great deal" by quoting me his internet price. I will honestly tell you that the service we received from Jack Miller at Brown's in West Branch compared to the bull that we put up with from Darean Witt at Brad Deery, made us change our mind and drive back to West Branch to by the vehicle from a decent, respectable salesman.
