Ralph, the manager, was incredibly empathetic. He ensured we had every piece of information we needed and was transparent throughout the whole process. The funeral home was even kind enough to donate items to our family, which was a generous touch we didn't expect. Making the decision to cremate my father was emotionally challenging for us, but the Balsamo family guided us through it with patience and understanding. We also worked with Jonathan, who was very informative regarding the Military Honors and other arrangements. As my father was an Army Veteran, having someone navigate those specific details made the process much easier on me and my brother. On the day of the service, the staff was available for whatever we needed but never intrusive. They gave us the space to converse with family and friends and allowed us ample time to pack up afterward without rushing us. It was a genuinely family-oriented experience, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the Bronx needing support.
