I'm not joking around these guys know what they are doing. I brought my riding lawnmower, which is a Husqvarna for a tuneup. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. That's what I call SERVICE. I'm writing this review because they have no idea I am writing this, but I want others to know that these guys are the best to go to. I don't care who you know. I…read morebrought my pressure washer in for routine maintenance, including an engine oil change and pump oil change. Before bringing it in, the machine was running fine. After picking it up, I took it to a job, and within about an hour, the pump started leaking oil, smoking, and smelling like something was burning. I called the shop and spoke with Junior, who told me I could continue using it as long as there was still oil in the pump. Unfortunately, the problem quickly became worse, and I ultimately had to stop using the machine and rent another pressure washer just to finish the job. I brought the machine back to the shop, and I was then told that the pump had failed and that the machine was essentially done. The pump oil also appeared extremely dark, which made me question whether it had actually been changed as part of the service. As a small business owner, this situation cost me time, money, and ultimately required me to purchase another pressure washer. I'm very disappointed with the experience and, based on what happened, I cannot recommend this shop. At this point, I'm asking the shop to take responsibility for the damage that happened after the service. I trusted them with a machine that was working fine, and I believe it's only fair that they work with me toward a reasonable solution. I'm still open to resolving this directly if the business is willing to stand by their work
