We had a very slightly leaky tank toilet and a couple stuck cutoff valves, one of them being on the leaky toilet, meaning if I had to cut off the water to the toilet, I'd have to shut off the whole house. David came up, explained and showed me what he was going to do (explaining that there were two different ways of repairing the cutoff valves and, hopefully, he wouldn't have to do the more difficult one that involved soldering, etc. I mentioned that I had to go out but that I'd be back in about an hour and a half. They showed up day 1 with all the tools needed to inspect my main sewage line which continuously backed up even though it was snaked many times. A few days later Eric was there with his team to excavate and we found about 20' of old clay pipe which was cracked and had roots in it.
