On a hot summer day this place is a delight. I have passed this place so many times on my way to my family member's home and just never stopped to check it out. I finally hit them up because this particular night was blazing hot. They have all kind of flavors. They actually shaved ice that they add flavors to. It was good for the time it lasted. This place has to be a neighborhood favorite because I've never not seen them with a line. That means whatever they have must be good. Didn't disappoint. read more

Sooooo I'm gonna start by saying this. I did not care for snow cones. My wife saw the location and thought it looked cute and would be an opportunity for us to get out the house for a little. I only purchased a snowball just to say I tried it. These things completely changed my outlook on snow cones. I'm so used to the flavorless crushed ice concoction you get in a flimsy cone at block parties or carnivals. This is not that!!! The Food: There was a ton of flavor options for every pallet. The ice is not super thick which makes for a better bite in my opinion. It also allows the flavor to soak into the ice. There are 3-4 sizes and they are all affordable. The service: There was a long line when we pulled up but the workers expedited each sale and kept the lines moving. The ambience: It a huge pink building that you can't miss. The breeze is amazing at night and it's a great spot to bring your family and friends. There is no indoor seating but I like it. They could have some music but that doesn't take away from the experience. Go check this spot out ASAP!! Ps. I couldn't wait to eat my cone so the pick doesn't do the cone any justice. A ton of flavors and generally quick service. Really generous portions. If you love New Orleans style snoballs you will love this place. No ice cream stuffing but they do have sweetened condensed milk. Lots of good suggestions for kids and some cool toppings. You have to get lucky to beat the line once a line starts forming its like everyone pulls over for snoballs lol.... You won't be disappointed read more

Dont ask to try anything if there is a line, girl working was like, if there is a line you cant try a flavor., which i guess is the customers fault, and no sign indicating of this. no doubt this place is amazing, but clear, payroll is an issue, and sampling like other locations, is not an option. read more

This place is pretty amazing. They have a huge selection of flavors ranging from the basics to things that will undoubtedly give you diabetes instantly . The sizes are more than adequate although I admit I'll NEVER get the large. I know I won't finish it. The few times I've been the staff has always been friendly and amazing. My girls and I visit Pelican's snowballs for the first time yesterday 9-05. We had three snowballs regular to butterfly kisses and gon fishing both flavors was good. I absolutely love this place. It's the most fantastic hangout spot. The prices are amazing and don't get me started on the staff. They couldn't get better. Every person that works there has the very best customer service. Few days ago I visited this place and was greeted by this young lady, very professional-- she could tell my husband and I couldn't decide between flavors before even asking she offered to give us samples. That's what I'm talking about seeing how she could help. We ended up getting both flavors. Then we sat on the beautiful and clean sitting area and enjoyed the weather and while we were there we saw how she was working and interacting with the guests. I was in a shock to see this first class customer service. Someone give her a raise. She is why we are not repeat customers. Our new favorite sweet tooth fix. Awesome summertime local chill spot. This is similar to New Orleans snoballs. There are a ton of flavors to choose from. Its clean and welcoming with picnic tables to eat outside and the service was great. Could not have asked for a better treat. Cool Vibes! read more

I have traveled around the world and have tried so many different SnowBalls and let me tell you something, The Pelicans in Douglasville GA has the best tasting SnowBalls, over 100 flavors, excellent customer service and the store owner is so friendly. The staff were so polite and patient with as well. My favorite is the Dill Pickle flavor, OMG so gooooood! You must try this SnowBall joint, you won't be disappointed at all. Oh i forgot they have the best prices for the huge portions you get! read more

I have passed this place hundreds of times. Tonight my daughter wanted a sno ball so we loaded up and took the dog with us. When we got there we left Halo (the dog) in the car (windows cracked of course) went to order. While looking at all of the many flavors I noticed a pup cup...... AWESOME IDEA! The kids got Halo out and he enjoyed his chicken broth flavored snowball. The staff was super friendly and the play area is also pretty freaking cool. It was a great place to cool down with snowcones and a family friendly atmosphere, there was games for the kiddos to do while we waited in line. I did have a problem with my order but they fixed it right away and apologized. Overall, I thought it was a great place, I would suggest adding more napkin holders and more chairs for guests. read more

I highly recommend the hibachi shrimp if you want an entree with seafood and packed with flavor. I liked the vegetables that were included with it (broccoli, carrots , zucchini and onions) as well as the fried rice. We tried the spring rolls, crab rangoons, & gyoza (chicken dumplings) for appetizers. I liked the dumplings and included sauce but probably wouldn't order the ragoons again because it was not as crispy as I like & needed more seasoning. I did appreciate the filling ratio and that it was not just cream cheese inside. Each appetizer came out fresh and hot but I felt the spring rolls were the perfect texture and best seasoned of the three options we tried. My favorite appetizer was the spring roll. My husband had the spicy miso ramen for his entree and noted that it had great flavor. The Katsu chicken was crispy and served on the side. While eating, I noticed the staff constantly checking the dining area and keeping the area clean & stocked as guests departed.
