I told her, we have better things to do than to drive all the way back here to get more ice cream!" She didn't answer me when I asked if the ice cream was sold by the weight or cup size. I expect whatever sized cup I purchase from any shop to be filled. All of the signs showing the portion sizes say pint. She pouted as she said told us she can add some more, showed us the additional ice cream she added and gave it back to us. It still wasn't filled up, but I'm writing this review to address the owners on customer service and business ethics. Your product can be the world's best, but if the service is lacking, you'll soon be out of business. Cold Stone is just 1/4 mile away and their portions are always filled (many times, it's hard to close the lid) and I've never been shorted. I've purposely left off the employee's name as it's not my intention to disparage her; only to give the owner the opportunity to use this experience to train their employees on how to correct errors.
