Opening up a shop was a wonderful idea, if only they had one in Jacksonville ! The location is a little random, on the main road and right next to a cigar shop. The interior of the shop is small and simple. The only caveat is the smell of the cigars made it into the shop and there are no cakes inside. Yes there are seats outside but that's a whole other story. Will go back, especially since we bought the refillable cups!

The staff was just sitting in the corner playing card games the entire time I was there, now I'm all for some fun and a card game, while waiting for customers, but when we walked in, I was standing at the counter for five minutes before someone came and took me and my kids orders. I feel as though the teens there don't really take it as seriously as they need to and there was even a girl there that did not work at snopocalypse that was trying to make snowcones. I'm guessing one of their friends. The girl who came and took my order had a horrible attitude and was so rude. And they all kept screaming at the table and I'm all for some fun but cussing and shouting while my kids are in there is OUTRAGEOUS!
