To my dismay and out of the laziness of the breakfast crew, I was told that burgers are not sold until after 9 AM. I knew that it was a lie. I was the only customer in the restaurant and they did not feel like bothering. I then left the restaurant and drove on I-10 and found another Krystal in 20 minutes. That Krystal was happy to serve me their burgers but, as usual, told me that I would have to wait for them to be cooked because they do not have any burgers ready to serve before 9 AM. I followed the visit with an email to Krystal corporate office describing my experience. I do not live near any Krystal, and I was not looking to get any free burgers, because I could not redeem any coupon from them. It has been a week and a half and I have not heard anything from the corporate office. Shame on them! This is not how a long time customer (or any customer) should be treated. I will still eat their burgers. I am disappointed in how little regard they have for a customer of their restaurants.
