My fiancé and I both got home late from work and didn't feel like cooking, so we decided to stop by Tropical Smoothie since it's close to where we live and we've been there many times before without any issues. We arrived around 8:40 PM, about 20 minutes before closing, and placed our order. We both ordered the Paradise Point smoothies. After my fiancé took her first sip, she found a piece of plastic in her drink, which could have been a serious choking hazard. On top of that, both smoothies tasted very bitter and not at all like they usually do, so we ended up throwing them away. We tried to move past it, hoping our food would be fine. Unfortunately, there were more issues. I ordered the chipotle chicken club wrap, and my fiancé ordered a chicken Caesar salad with no tomatoes. Despite that request, her salad still had tomatoes. There was also confusion when they initially tried to prepare her salad as a wrap, even though we never asked for that. Later that night, around 3-4 AM, I woke up with severe stomach pain and had to use the restroom multiple times. I was unable to go back to sleep due to ongoing discomfort and continued symptoms into the morning. Now, even into the next day, I am still experiencing diarrhea. My fiancé has also started having the same symptoms. I understand that we came in close to closing time and that employees may have been ready to go home after a long day, which is completely understandable. However, the quality of food, the safety concerns, and the service we experienced are unacceptable. This situation has caused both of us significant discomfort, and it's very disappointing given that we've never had issues here before. Someone needs to be held accountable, that specifically dealt with our food, and service last night around 8:40pm (04/04/2026). Although the smoothies are great, make sure you get your rewards points while you're there. I just left and have been trying to scan the receipt to get my points, like it says to, but it keeps saying invalid code like it was already used. I think the worker there claimed my points for themselves. If they did shame on you. read more

It was my last day in Florida and my friend wanted to take me here for lunch. We talked about this place many times but he knows I enjoy smoothies, so he wanted to take me here. The weather was not nice to us that day, so we just went through the drive thru and are in his car. Sante Fe Chicken Quesadilla: This was pretty tasty and delicious. The cheese melted nice and the chicken was not too salty to taste. The salsa was spicy, so it gave it that depth of flavor needed in this meal. Overall, I really enjoyed this dish. Paradise Point: Strawberry, Banana and Pineapple. My go to is always a S & B smoothie, but I wanted a little more tartness today so I got the pineapple added. In honesty, the smoothie wasn't that particular to me. It was very good, but the price is a bit high. The texture of the drink was not too thick or runny, so that was a plus for me. Great place to get a sandwich or a wrap. Very clean inside. They have a drive thru also. Breakfast is limited but have a banana, peanut butter, granola and honey flat bread that is to die for but go inside to eat it, this is not for the car. Lol read more

This place is not bad. I am more surprised that the food here is actually really pretty good. I did not even realize they sold food, but they have flatbreads, wraps, sandwiches that are all pretty good flavor. Also you can get Oranges, banana , or chips for a side which is cool. The smoothies are OK, but I come here for the food, and having a drive-through is very nice. I will say the drive-through window is probably the worst design window I have ever seen in my life, but still worth the effort. read more

So this is my first time going to smoothie cafe, and I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap. It wasn't as big as I thought it would be but the little wrap packed a punch of flavor they filled it with a good amount of chicken peace's and salad, I just wish it was bigger especially for the price 7.99. They do have other items in the menu that I will have to try out but this was a quick drive thru stop so I didn't really get to see much. read more

Hummus wrap was a win! There wasn't very much hummus on the wrap but all of the other fillings made up for it. The lettuce and kale were crisp and all the veggies tasted fresh. Only thing I would change is the white flour wrap but given the taste...I'm not too sure I would! Super delicious wrap and the jalapeño chips complemented it well. Great place with good food, a welcome change from the traditional fast food options but still quick and easy to access. I like Tropical Smoothie in general but this one was extra clean and nice. My baja wrap was great and my husband raved about his smoothie and southwest style bowl. It was a good choice that didn't bog us down for more hours of travel. read more

To start off, I'm giving 2 stars instead of one because I like the food. Today I went through the drive thought around 2:30, there was nobody else in line at the time and I ordered a sandwich and a smoothie; the only things they make. After waiting over 10 minutes at the window, they told me to pull up to the parking spot and they will bring my food out to me. It took in total 15-20 minutes for me to get my food (yes, just a sandwich). They did not apologize or offer any kind of compensation for my wait. If you are looking for a decent priced smoothie, this is your place. The staff is friendly and quick. The smoothies are larger than I expected. I do believe they add a bit of liquid (aka water) to them but they have a good taste. The premium smoothies are the way to go! Only a few cents more but seem to have higher quality ingredients. read more

I know my review is going to sound quite opposite of the 5 star review but after eating wilted green stuff and chicken that tasted like chemicals.. I have been sick as a dog for the past two hours.
