This very fun miniature-golf course is located 5 mins from Mom's house. Pelican's SnoBalls features 18 creative holes, with a few hole-in-one opportunities. We were warned by the staffer who handed us our clubs, to watch for tricky bumps in the fairways. There was wildlife-related fun facts at each hole. This location was fairly breezy, and the SnoBalls were ice cold and delicious. I chose banana with Nerds sprinkles and my husband enjoyed the Gone Fishin' with gummy worms. I wasn't sure what to expect from Pelicans. The course itself was great! Had a few holes with tough challenges but not too difficult either. The course is very clean and well maintained as well. For $5, I'm very impressed by the quality of this game! Such a good outing. We also tried the snowballs while we were there. Tried the st. Patrick's day special of the four leaf clover which was key lime and wedding cake flavors stuffed with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It was light and refreshing and high quality. There are over 100 flavors so your options and combinations are endless! Never can get bored. Plenty of seating outside as well. The staff was friendly and happy to help. I took my two large dogs to Pelican's Snoballs because my neighbor recommended it. They had multiple flavors to choose from and I chose peanut butter flavoring for their pup sno-cone cups. They asked if I wanted whipped cream and I said yes. It didn't take long before my dogs' treats were ready. I let them eat the little treat off the top of their sno-cone along with the whipped topping and then took them home to eat the rest. They loved them! Staff working was friendly and nice! The snowballs are always good, I've tried a few different flavors and the kids always get something crazy lol. My son got one that was shark themed and loved it. The service is usually good (understand it's usually younger kids working there) so give em a shot. Seriously my kids are obsessed with Pelican's! It's not a snowcone...different consistency and WAY BETTER! So many flavors it's overwhelming on your first visit but then you learn how to mix them for some awesome combos. And don't forget the gummies!! The Lehigh Location is the best because of the vibe and the mini golf course. But the fort Myers beach is a great location on your way home from a hot day in the sun. Enticed by 100+ ice flavors and numerous add-ons, our family got our sugar rush at this spot twice in 2 days while visiting friends in Lehigh Acres, FL. Don't be deterred by long lines, even on hot days. The custom sweet treats are worth the wait. Unlike Penguin SnoBalls which are more crunchy, Pelican's selling point is the fluffy ice texture, truly like newly fallen snow! 1st visit, my $2 kiddie sized mojito snoball was disappointing; despite getting it "stuffed" with vanilla soft serve on top and inside for +$1, it lacked flavor, especially mint. 2nd visit, my kiddie root beer stuffed snoball was a perfect shoutout to a root beer float! Our group also enjoyed the escape from the hot Florida sun under the tiki hit's cooling shade. 18 holes of mini-golf runs $5 per person aged 4+ while kids 3 and under are free with paid purchase. All of the other outdoor amenities are FREE: 6 cornhole boards (get the bags from the mini-golf window), ring toss, tic-tac-toe, giant playing cards, paint (with water) on a big chalkboard. My husband found this place and we decided tot are a drive and check it out. What a wonderful find! We arrived too late to play mini golf, but were able to enjoy a Snoball! With the help from the kind, knowledgeable and patient woman behind the counter we settled on a Miami Vice for myself and a Stuffed Creamsicle for my husband, neither disappointed! Large portions, flavorful, plenty of spots to socially distance and eat, staff and customers were wearing masks and the Snoballs were delicious. There were Yard Games to play, corn hole boards in the parking lot too. There was also a sandwich food truck (Mambo) in the parking lot as well. I had never had a "snoball" before and the guy who seems to run the place explained the difference between snoballs and snow cones along with a sample of un-syruped snow that the girls I had with me enjoyed throwing at each other. There's tons of flavors to choose from and a good selection of sugar free. Price is good considering the actual snoball is huge. The people who bought this place have put a LOT of work into the place. There are several things to do besides golf in case you want options. There are some yard games, some activities in the tiki hut area, and a dog yard. I was expecting the two 12 year olds I took to be bored within a short time (because 12 year olds and non-technology activity-lol) but they actually were entertained for quite awhile and only wanted to leave when they got hungry. This place is awesome! I got the regular sized snow cone and the cup was huge! They filled it way over the top, giving you the maximum amount of ice and it was only $3. They have 100 flavors so you will definitely find one that will fit you! Also, the employees we're insanely nice. The man who took my order complemented my eyebrows an made jokes the whole time. The location is in a residential area, making it easy to go there. Unfortunately, there aren't many shops around it (besides the mini golf place). Just what our town needed!! A family friendly affordable place to go! So many flavors of snoballs to choose from (stuffed strawberry cheesecake is the best)! Mini golf and yard games to entertain the kids and heck even the adults. The staff is always very friendly as well as any of the customers that are there enjoying snoballs and games.
