Out of all of these changes, the new ERP system has been by far the most seamless and stress free thanks to J.B. and her team at Complete Controller. Our relationship began when I found out my Company was looking into Netsuite and FinancialForce (ERP's that would have cost us over $200K in annual fees and maintenance) to replace QBO. At this point I was fairly new to QB and wanted to get an outsider opinion on our "needs." I was lucky enough to speak with J.B., Complete Controller, and she was able to convince us that these expensive ERP's weren't the way to go. She listened to our needs and quickly recommended QB Premier as the system to solve all our problems. During this process J.B.'s expertise and willingness to discuss QB's pros and cons convinced us all that QB was in fact the ERP for our company, and Complete Controller was the perfect partner to help us make the transition. So here is where most consultants would say "peace" and be conveniently unavailable until the migration was complete. However, J.B. and her team not only worked with us to prep our financial data for migration into QB Premier, but worked with us one on one to set up our Company and processes (ie clean up the books that had gotten messy in QBO). Everyone from Complete Controller that we have had the pleasure of working with has been extremely helpful and patient with us (and I stress patient). As anyone who has facilitated an ERP migration would tell you, its a long road. Yet with Complete Controller I actually look forward to training session because the Company is focused on my needs. Without Complete Controller we would be closing our books in 15-20 business days, however after training with Complete Controller we are able to successfully close our books in 5 business days and become our auditors new favorite client.
