My old windows were over 40 years old and drafty. I contacted Hansons along with several other outfits to get estimates and decided that the quality and price of Hanson was the best choice. I purchased nine custom made high-end , low E windows and installation. The windows were delivered on time and customer communication was good. I had a few questions for the contractors that came out and performed the work and those questions were answered at that time. The first winter I noticed in one bedroom the wood and wall received moisture damage. Not from typical condensation so I reached out to Hansons and they sent someone out to look into the matter. The problem was discovered to be caulk covered the window track drain panel which they were able to correct on the spot. I can say that that is the only issue I have had with my new windows or the workman ship. Over all, we are satisfied customers and would likely recommend to others.

We continually call them back as windows are stuck, locks not working, currently two of our three pane windows have water inside the panes. Just major frustration! Certainly not energy efficient. It's been two years since Counts Remodel and Design did the vinyl siding on my home. My first…read morereview of CRD wasn't kind to them, and neither will this one. Last winter, I came out of my home to discover a large section of siding was blown off the side of my house. In the middle of a snowstorm, I had to get up on a ladder and push it back into place. That's when I noticed gaps in several sections of my siding where one section did not butt up to the next. I can't find a single section of the siding that is properly overlapped, as it should be to compensate for expansion and contraction during different weather situations. Two weeks ago, I was sitting in my living room when I heard what I thought was a bird flying into my front window. I didn't think anything of it until the following day when I pulled into my driveway and noticed the top piece of siding had literally fallen off my home, and was now laying in my bushes. Up on a ladder again! After replacing it, the same panel fell off again two days ago. I suspect this will be an ongoing issue for as long as I own this home. Over the course of the past two years, I've noticed so many shortcuts, so many horrible edges, so many flaws in my siding. I would never, ever recommend this company to come within a mile of your home!

They kept me updated about the install date and the installer called before they came. They were friendly and professional. They put down covers to protect the floor. The install was completed the same day which is a plus. The only issue was that my bushes in the front were somewhat damaged. They did clean up the areas inside and out. The windows look great. They damaged the siding when they installed the windows and would not repair it. When I called in for repairs the earliest they could send someone out was 3 weeks from when I called. They will not give you an appointment window until the night before, so you must free up the entire day. When the repair tech showed up, he took one look at my window and said that he didn't have the right part so he couldn't do anything, but Wallside would call me to set up a new appointment. Two weeks later no call. Called into Wallside and the excuse they gave for not calling was it's their busy season, but they could get me on the books now that I called in. Unfortunately, since it is their busy season, it is going to take another 3 weeks before they can send the repair tech back out. They understand my frustration but unfortunately, they cannot get anyone to my home any sooner than that, so I now must free up another day and hope that the tech comes with the correct part this time.

Thermally insulated walls and roofs. - I love the wooden window look so I had them install the vinyl look alike. - A true warranty no Gimics like the others. - They own their own installers. Now they were not the cheapest but they were not the most expensive either. I had Wallside, Hansons, anderson and they had their pros and cons. But with champion they actually do windows not just take orders and sub all aspects out. Go with them, and youll see quality. And thats what matters to me.
