I inquired on how long the job would take based on pictures I sent over, and he replied "an hour max, and it will probably be a couple screws and glue" Communication was OK overall. Lee contacted me on a Monday and asked for the address, email and phone number and asked about my availability for the remainder of the week. I didn't receive a response to my reply, so I had to follow up the next day. We were able to get the job scheduled for the same Friday and his team came to complete the project utilizing a lockbox we provided. I didn't receive any updates during the job, which probably would have helped the surprise of the invoice I later received that was $232.35 when I was expecting something closer to $100 based on our first conversation. Lee did promptly reply and let me know that they thought they would hit a stud but since there was nothing, the job was more complicated as they had to create the support. Overall, still a solid experience and I would still consider using Lee and Finest Fix in the future.

I was looking for a contractor with the staff to handle all of these functions. Not easy to find. The results were outstanding, and frankly, better than I expected. Here are the highlights: Excellent staff, neat, clean, reliable, and hard-working. Management: Outstanding, professional oversight by management. All work was written in a contract. As needed, the contract was amended as we went along. Communication. This was extremely important to me. My communications with the owner and his on-site worker/supervisor and the administrator, were unique in that we all were always on the same page. To sum up. Bryan will be my 'go-to' contractor as I have future project needs, big or small.

With the rain over the past month, we noticed some water overflowing one section of the gutters. He was able to squeeze us in soon due to a cancellation. He showed up promptly at the agreed appointment time and got right to work. He checked the second-floor gutters in all locations that he noted issues. He installed gutter clamps in places where the gutter was starting to loosen, made sure no excess debris was in the gutter, and cleaned out the downspout. Lots of hard work going up and down the ladder. I feel much more comfortable now and actually look forward to the next heavy rain to see the handy work in action.
