And worked super hard on the project, which was a fairly extensive painting project walls, ceilings, and some trim in a 1200 sq ft townhouse. As with any painting project, there's always mess and the inevitable cleanup, but that just goes with the territory. What I admire most is Brendan stood by his word, even coming back after we had completed payment, to do some touchup and cleanup here and there. We also negotiated separately some smaller add-on projects at the end. We've done lots of projects in our lifetime, and have to say this was one of the more positive experiences.
