I really wanted to like this cleaning company, especially because they present themselves well with…read morebrochures, business cards, appointment confirmations, and text reminders. Unfortunately, the actual cleaning did not match the polished presentation. I hired this company for a deep clean, and the service did not match what was written in the contract. Several areas, like the laundry room, which were specifically included in the contract, were skipped entirely. When I asked them to come back to complete the work they had already been paid for, they told me it would be a "second phase" and would require additional payment. There was never an agreement about "phases", and it is not reasonable to charge extra for work that was already included in the original contract. They also skipped the copper sink completely. Their explanation was that there was a dish in the sink. We were home the entire time, and they could have simply asked us to move it. That alone demonstrates the level of effort and communication they were willing to put in. Cleaning products were used that were not appropriate for the materials in my home. Clorox wipes were used on surfaces that require specific cleaners, which explains why stains and buildup remained afterward. It felt rushed and not thoughtful. The team was friendly, but the quality of the work and the refusal to honor the original agreement were very disappointing. I paid for a deep clean, not a partial job with surprise "phases" added afterward. If you need a true deep clean or someone who understands how to care for different materials, this is not the company I would recommend. This experience taught me that a professional marketing appearance does not always equal professional results.

I have experienced problem 2 in the past and it isn't fun. I selected Carpet Smart for installing hardwood floors in my house because of their great reviews on Yelp and other review sites. I also love the fact that they are a local company and it is great thing to support local companies to keep money in the community and help you local small businesses to thrive. The lady in the showroom was very knowledgeable and upfront about their products and flooring in general. They setup a free estimate, which included sending a guy out to measure the rooms. The installation guys were on time each day, were very careful about not damaging anything else in the house while they worked, and most importantly, did high quality work.

Monster trash is absolutely awful. They would regularly "miss" or forget my can. When I called or…read moretext they would try to blame me for not putting the can out by the road. I even spoke with the owner several times and he would say he has to go back and look at the camera they have on the truck and assured me if it wasn't my fault he would make it right. When my annual contract was up and they wanted me to renew and pay more money I brought up all the missed pickups(multiple times) and got no response. Several times they even spilled my trash and others in the road and didn't even bother to pick it up. I remember one of the days they spilled trash and it was windy it took me almost 30 minutes to pickup all the trash from the street, my neighbors and my yards. Now unfortunately they are sending out expensive promotional junk mail full of lies.
