This review is from a mortgage/loan that was closed back at the end of May 2025 in San Diego. I was recommended Rob after talking to 6 different lenders and was locked in a loan with one of them. Rob was able to offer the best deal and I felt so confident in him, that I switched lenders and was able to close our loan in time. Rob is kind, responsive, knowledgeable, and is able to deliver the best loan for your individual situation. Buying a home is stressful and having a good team is the key for success. Rob worked well with my realtor and everything went so smoothly. So happy to have found Rob in time and if you are looking for a great lender-he's the best!

The communication was poor and we were switched around to a couple of loan officers in the process. We were told that our rate would be floated to hopefully get it down at least half a point however the loan officer did not keep communication with me through this process and the rate reduction did not happen as they said it would. In addition, our closing documents were not given to us until the day before the closing so we did not know how much we would be bringing to the table until the day prior. Unprofessional at best. We will be refinancing elsewhere as soon as we are able. This was a disappointing experience.

Even through a failed home purchase (issue with seller not the mortgage), Jamie helped us to navigate our way through things and also to get things established for the next house we eventually found and purchased. She answered any and all questions we were sending her and she was able to break down the answers in a way that made perfect sense to us, not being in the mortgage industry. She even watched the rates like a hawk as they fluctuated up and down and up and down and... In both instances, we did the full loan application, and from the initial purchase contract being signed until we were Clear-to-Close, Jamie got the paperwork pushed through FAST -- pretty sure in record time. I don't know what magic she has, but the the speed that she got things done was impressive!! She went above and beyond in every aspect of her job (and even in many aspects which were not really in her job description). But she helped us SO much and made the mortgage side of the home purchase process completely seamless with zero issues, scares, or turbulence through the 6+ month journey of us finding the right home. Even while she was away from the office on vacation or for other reasons, she was still reachable and also gave us contact info for a co-worker to answer any urgent questions we might have had if she couldn't reply quickly. The level of care and professionalism that she showed us is unmatched to any other Mortgage Loan Originator that I have worked with. Jamie was incredible to work with and if you are ever looking for a mortgage (new, re-finance, VA or Conventional, or anything related to mortgages) -- Jamie is the person that you want to work with to get it done. They've treated my incessant questions with pure grace and took care of everything I needed. She walked me through all my options, found me a great rate the same or better than any other company or broker I talked to. She always had a solution when issues popped up, and they even found me a better insurance quote than I had been able to find--by several hundred dollars! (And I was going through multiple independent insurance brokers) That's just one more thing that they go above and beyond on; I never would have expected my mortgage agent to shop for insurance for me! I close in a few short days and they made this entire process easy, ESPECIALLY considering that I requested a date for closing just a little over 3 weeks from when I went under contract. I really can't say enough nice things about Jamie & team.
