They told me I had to do part of the diagnosis at home, and showed me how.....which I happily handled. Then suddenly, out of nowhere, when my turn arrived to bring my bike in, they told me that they couldn't do this repair until the fall. And some of my wiring has begun to blister, indicating that there is a risk of a fire if I keep riding it as is..... I have used this shop several times, and I was pretty happy with the service and work done to this point. But why the hell would you show me how to take care of diagnosing it, only to tell me that you aren't going to do the work as promised. No one even apologized for misleading me, or even seemed to give a shit about me, as someone that has spent several thousand dollars on service there. I will NEVER endorse this shop again. All I expected was the job to be done that I was promised....now I have to find someone to fix this wiring issue before something bad happens. What a joke. Way to be professional, Tuff City. And good job showing me I don't matter, and that you have no integrity when it comes to honouring your commitments.

I have used this shop three times on my old girlfriend's 1991 Yamaha Radian. I first found them…read moreafter Daytona said they prefer NOT to work on older bikes, not even their own (what the hell??). The Radian was rough starting and idling badly and had not been winterized properly (she was really slack at maintenance before I took over). They cleaned , rejetted and adjusted the carbs and it ran like a dream afterwards. We also had chain and sprockets replaced there and she said it rode so smoothly it felt like a new bike. And lastly for her birthday I sprung for some new tires and while the wheels were off the re-did the fork seals. All the work has been top notch and fairly priced and they really seem great with older bikes. We also had difficult schedules to get in there and they were totally accommodating. We dropped the bike off after we were both off after work at midnight and put the key through their mail slot. When the work was done we paid by credit card over the phone, they put the key under the seat and we picked it up after hours with her spare key. They were also cool with installing the tires even though we had bought them on sale from Fortnine.ca. I will be going back to them with my 2015 Yamaha FJ-09 for tires shortly and likely new chain and sprockets too. I only wish they were a little off the beaten path, as I will have a bit of a transit trek after I drop off my bike, but if you have someone to give you a ride home and back that's a non-issue.

After…read morefinding the right day to ride down there (not in the rain) I checked her in and jumped in a cab and headed home. The guys at the front counter were courteous, prompt and polite. I picked the bike up a day later and the tire pressure has been checked and the oil has been topped up. It's a bit intimidating due to the entryway in the alley, no customer waiting area, and it's really dark in there, but the gentleman at the counter make up for those drawbacks. I will certainly take my Motorcycle back for regular maintenance

We had an issue on the ferry with our RV on Friday before Labor Day weekend. We got off the ferry…read moreand went to Gibsons information center. The two ladies inside were very helpful and said Kenmac was probably our best option. We drove there, went inside, and explained our situation. I believe his name was Drew or Devin but he was quick to help us by loaning us some tools. He couldn't help too much as they it was lunch time and they were short staffed. A bystander, Kevin, was there having his truck worked on help us a lot and we were able to stabilize the awning and continue on our vacation. Without Kenmac's and Kevin's help we would have been up the proverbial creek without a paddle.
