The two ladies inside were very helpful and said Kenmac was probably our best option. We drove there, went inside, and explained our situation. I believe his name was Drew or Devin but he was quick to help us by loaning us some tools. He couldn't help too much as they it was lunch time and they were short staffed. A bystander, Kevin, was there having his truck worked on help us a lot and we were able to stabilize the awning and continue on our vacation. Without Kenmac's and Kevin's help we would have been up the proverbial creek without a paddle.

Now I go to Lordco for most of my parts. I still highly recommend Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts for there great people but I strongly recommend not going to H and m Bumper to Bumper Auto Repairs for the same reason.
