So I drive 30 minutes here and get told there's no evidence of my purchase even tho they need to scan ID's to keep track. I've been apart of the canna industry for 6 years this is the first place they had "no evidence" of a customer. The employee who didn't give the required receipt needs to be held accountable. I've been a med card holder for 6.5 years and this is the most ridiculous thing I've delt either thus far.

In fact, Rex was so helpful and understanding that I feel obligated to edit this review, and post a new one as though my scene with Austin never happened, so here it is: Worth the drive. Nestled in beautiful Sumpter, the Nug' is a great stop for a scenic day trip. Manager Rex has a good handle on the employees; most everyone seems happy to help find product and answer questions! His customer service is some of the best I've ever interacted with. Their product selection is fair, and there are several ways to add discounts to your basket.
