She was so nice and kept saying "I'm sorry it's just that it's my first time". But he was not listening. Though he did alright on her nails, I've seen several other reviews saying they don't cover the whole nail when they do gel which is what she had and same was true for her. She wiped off the spit off my son and continued letting the kid be so rowdy. Even another customer had to get involved and tell him to not keep running out the door where it's near the road. When the pedicure was complete and I went to pay for the services rendered my bill is $78 . I asked for the explanation how my charge went from 45 to 78 . This establishment charged $5 to remove gel polish and an additional $20 to reapply gel polish that should have been included in my $45 pedicure. This is a classic example of a bait and switch this establishment should be put out of business immediately
