Me and my sister went in to get gel X removal and acrylic removal. The service itself was fine, but when we went to go check out, they charged us double the price and would not lower the price to what it said on the website. I checked the website price before we went in and it said $11 for gel X or acrylic removal. They charged us $21 each for this removal and said that the website is wrong. Frustrating and disappointed! read more

Lilly Nails Spa in Fishers and now open in Westfield is the ultimate nail spa in Central Indiana. I've been going to their Fishers location since 2021. Recently I started going to their new Westfield location since it's closer to me. All of their stylists do beautiful work. I see Anna and she creates beautiful art on my nails. Got ped and mani and the girl did not do much let alone even file ,put on a coating on one toe and she said its chrome do u like it (assuming it was what i picked out gel polish) i said yes she said 11 extra dollers.....well why did u do it then ask?......i never treat my self to these places but i did and now i regret wasting $100 ..now i know why i dont,,not a happy ending ! read more

I live in Chicago & regularly maintain my nails at home, as I work in restaurants. My mom comes to this salon brought me in. Mary did my nails and it was definitely one of the greatest nail experiences I have had. She was so kind and gentle and took great care of me! I was so pleased with the over all experience and love the color. Next time I'm home for a visit I will certainly be going back and requesting her. My only "complaint" would be that the pedicure books do not show the proper price so we ended up paying quite a bit more than expected, but we didn't make a fuss. Good service is worth the price!! My mom and I have gone to this nail salon 3 times. The first time was great. The next time we came in we made an appointment and got there on time and waited an hour to get them done, they let walk ins go ahead of us, and had multiple different people working on our nails. We came back again today and we had made an appointment again but this time came early Incase we had to wait for our appointment. They said we could sign in and would be with us soon. We had our nails soaking for 30min + multiple different people, and walk ins getting serviced before appointments.. And as soon as we got home my mom's nail broke. They also cut down any new nail growth we had. read more

Went in before the USA game yesterday since Chatham tap wasn't open yet. Got a gel manicure. Would definitely recommend the lady I had was super nice, I had a badly broken nail. we told them that we wanted tips with SNS dip, and they ended up doing gel x on our nails because they told us it was going to and easier. I asked for almond shaped nails, and my lady gave stiletto. They are sharp as fuck and are so lopsided. You can also see where the paint brush started and stopped. I lost a nail four days after I had gotten them done. And not to mention they were almost $100. read more

Went in asked for a white French tip with pink base. Lady said no problem. I walked out because I had changed my mind because I want going to pay $_70 plus tip for French tips. But as I'm walking out she quickly comes out to get me so I said ok just do it. A man starts on my nails no problem there he was nice I guess. I then wash my hands I'm then asked to sit at another station. This time it was a lady. She was rude from the beginning. I showed her a picture of what I wanted 2 times she said ok. But when she starts to paint on the white tips it very sloppy. I just brush it off because I figured she was going to clean them up at the end. I then tell her again that she is a doing the lines very sloppy. She then on 3 different occasions tells me to shut up!!! I brushed it off because I didn't want to act a fool in there establishment because it's your word against there's and still didn't get an attitude after being disrespected I then tell her that she is doing a very sloppy job ..she wasnt doing my nails neat and clean like the picture showed.If I'm correct I think they usually use a stencil to paint on the white but she didn't use one.She then cut the tips off. I asked her to just redo them. Anyhow I will not be going back there any time soon which sucks because I liked the place because it's convinent being right there next to Walmart. I don't suggest going there if you're a person who wants what their paying for she was rude and did a horrible job. read more

I AM LITERALLY IN SHOCK! *BEWARE* I made an appointment here weeks ago to pamper myself for my 45th birthday and right before my birthday trip! A girl wanted to look her best. I never treat myself so this was very important to me and I'm crushed. My appointment was with Vera, the owner, so I thought I was in good hands. My appointment was at 6:00 p.m. I arrived on time to meet her and she had someone in her chair who was no where near to being done. First red flag. She told me 15 more minutes but it was actually 30 minutes. There was twice as many waiting customers as there was nail techs. People kept piling in with 15 min apart appointments for HER!? I asked if I could start my pedicure but there a wait and she said she only did manicures. She'd "find someone to do my pedicure". A lady spoke up she had been waiting since 5:00 p.m. They started her at 6:45 p.m. I would of left but I expressed I was catching a flight in less than 48 hours. When she finally started I suggested a basic manicure since we were on a time crunch. She strongly suggested I get a dip for the first time so I had no idea what to expect. Firstly, they should have customers wash hands prior to dipping in community powder. I kept asking when she'd get my cuticles and she said at the end. My nails were looking pretty bad but she kept saying trust the process. She was so busy doing my service and greeting new customers every 2 minutes there was absolutely NO customer service, personal care or thought put into my service. 15 min later she rushed me to the pedicure bowl and I said what about my nails. She said she could paint over them. EXCUSE ME? Then she suggested gel ON TOP of dip powder. This sounded heinous. I politely told her this was a horrible service and could she please do it over or get someone else to do it. She said if I didn't like her work I could LEAVE!! Wow!!! I was crushed. At that point I asked her to take it off before I left. She walked away and sent someone else. I was basically kicked out for this service!!! Please BUYER BE AWARE!!! Don't go! S I've never been treated so poorly by a nail salon. Your appointments do NOT matter. read more

They changed owners or management so thought I'd leave an updated review. The three stars is ONLY for the friendliness of my nail technician when I last got my nails. But my nails did not look good. The polish was sloppy and I got the gel nails, but it started chipping the next day. I might stop by for a pedicure (I don't mind my toes not looking perfect), but I'll paint my own nails or find a new place. read more

Don't go here if you get dip nails. They started chipping within the first week. I noticed the dip wasn't covering my whole nail and when i went back in to get the chipped one fixed they told me it should be okay in which it wasn't. at least 3 of my nails had lifted from the dip due to it not covering the whole nail and then chipped within the first week... On top of that with the nail i did get fixed she asked me if i wanted to try the builder gel on that nail in which i was like ok i guess. mid painting it she told me that if the color difference bothers me she could paint gel over my nails that already have dip powder on them so it matches. i would've rather she just do dip and tell me before she had already started that there would be a color difference. I also got my toes done and told them i just wanted regular polish and no pedicure The lady that did them acted as if she didn't know what i meant and ended up giving me a whole pedicure. i don't like my feet being touched like that which is why i prefer to just get them painted and be done. Every one was pretty nice but the work is just meh especially for the price. read more

I have been seeing David at Lilly Nails for almost a decade. This is hands down my favorite place to get my nails done. I recommend making an appointment because they can get pretty busy, especially once you find a technician you want to specifically book with. It's always very clean here, the staff is kind and make your experience fun, and the prices are spot on. I've gone to many, many nail places in my life and honestly, they hold up better here than anywhere I've ever been. They take the time to get your nails perfect yet you're not there for an unreasonable amount of time. They use a check-in system on the iPad, which is convenient. When you register your phone number, you sometimes win prizes after checking in. Last visit, I won a free bottle of lotion that smelled amazing. As far as the location, it's near Moe's. The parking lot can get pretty packed with all the shops but I always find a spot. read more

I don't recall the name of the tech, but she didn't seem to know what she was doing. I asked for almond shape, and she told me they would break too easily so she gave me oval shape instead...the opposite of what I asked for. She left glue all over my fingers from the tips she put on. This isn't my usual salon but wanted to get my nails done in between an appointment at my usual salon. I wasn't planning on changing but after going here I definitely won't! I went to my regular salon yesterday and my nail tech couldn't believe how awful of a job she did. Would not recommend this place. read more

After being referred by my sister, I decided to make the 50 min drive. Vera did a really great job, so I decided to come back and schedule with her. Unfortunately, on my second visit my experience wasn't as good. I didn't end up getting Vera, even though I scheduled with her and I was there much longer than I had planned. Vera didn't have anything during the time I needed on Sunday so I scheduled something with her that Monday during my lunch time. I was so disappointed I didn't get her, especially after driving 50 mins. My nails don't look nearly as good as they did when I had her. I'm not sure I'll be back, as it's 50 mins from me and there's no guarantee who I will get. read more

This was my first time trying this nail salon and although I was impressed with the cleanliness of the shop I was disappointed with the quality of my pedicure. But I will start with Pros. I was able to easily schedule my appointment online which I loved. The staff was very welcoming and the shop was clean. They use tub liners in their pedicure chairs for an added touch of hygiene. They also have a princess chair for little ones to get their pedis. Now for the Cons: I did overhear quite a few ladies try to upsell customers for gel polish but they were not overly pushy like other salons that I have seen. I chose the spa pedicure which is my typical choice. I was disappointed that there was minimal leg rubbing (probably the smallest amount of time at any nail shop). The employee also used a loofa on the bottom of my feet for about three seconds on each foot. As I mentioned before, I usually get this type of pedicure but I have never had such quick treatment. I was really surprised. The shop has better reviews than other shops in our area so I may give them another try and just choose a different technician. read more

I ordered a service for $45 I made it clear that I wanted that one specifically, I don't mind paying more if they told me in advance but when I was about to pay they told me the service was $57 +$10 for French, they told me their prices changed and that price on the menu was not updated, which again I was not told, I ended up paying $135 for the service, manicure and pedicure, the woman at the front desk was rude and said in front of all the other customers that I can either pay for that, have them removed and replace with the ones I specifically asked for, I told her to remove them because she is not going to talk to me in any way if I was not being rude or mean to her, I ask where to seat to have them removed, and I felt bad for the lady who did my nails so I choose to pay for that service and never go back, bad management for sure, at least she could've offer something better or make a better excuse than "the prices changed and we have not update the menu". NO, THANK YOU. read more

This place is awful! Made an appointment and waited 25 minutes before getting seated. Then the person assigned to me was multitasking. I was reassigned to another person who was not trained to do nails and made a cut into my cuticle. Owner had nothing to say but that they had many appointments...sounds like an overbooking issue. I always struggle to find a nail salon in Fishers that is actually worth going back to. And there are so many in this area it is hard to find a spot to start BUT Lilly Nails is amazing! Went there for a pedicure with my mom and as soon as we walked in for our appointment we were pretty much seated. The staff was really friendly and my mom and I both felt like they took their time on both of our pedicures. It's standard pricing so nothing crazy and you get complimentary beverages. Definitely worth checking out! read more

I'd been in to pick up a few products before, but finally booked a facial last week. I called ahead to book my appointment. I wanted them to assess what my skin needed, so I gave them my budget and told them to do whatever they thought was best in that price range. My esthetician, Rose, was amazing and did a great job clearly explaining what she was doing. She answered all of my questions in a helpful way and I learned that she has 14+ years of experience. She said that this is her favorite place she's worked because everyone here is passionate about skin and they get all of the new gadgets. She hydrated my skin, did a mini chemical peel (one with no downtime), microbladed my face (gets rid of all dead skin/hair/helps you be glowy), and did laser genesis to stimulate collagen and kill bacteria (potential acne). My face was super glowy after and my skin felt tight the following day. The products that she used were top of the line (IS Clinical, Babor, etc), so the price of the facial truly is worth the quality of product that they're giving you. I appreciated the custom facial and was surprised that the glow was instant. Highly recommend!

The massage itself was very high, firm pressure. I personally enjoy deep pressure, so this worked well for me, but it could feel a bit jarring if that's not your preference. The masseuse did check in with me a couple of times, which I appreciated. I have a lot of knots in my back and he worked through them thoroughly. I was sore the next day, but that was expected and honestly a good sign that the knots were actually addressed. I also did the head spa service, which was an interesting experience. I think the concept is great and the overall process is relaxing, but I do want to give a heads up to anyone with textured or thick hair. The stylist brushed my curly hair completely dry from root to end, which caused significant tugging and knots. That part was stressful and disrupted what should have been a very peaceful experience. Once the brushing was over, the actual washing and scalp massage felt really nice and relaxing. I wore a heated eye mask and there were multiple ambient sounds going on to enhance relaxation. After the service, she attempted to brush my hair again, which unfortunately made the knots worse. I ended up leaving with very tangled hair and had to brush it out myself once I got back to my car. I'd strongly recommend fully detangling your hair beforehand, or skipping the head spa if your hair requires more specialized care, as it can take away from the experience. On the positive side, the spa itself is very aesthetically pleasing and calming. The staff was very friendly, I was given a very comfortable robe and slippers for the head spa, and the environment felt relaxing overall. The head spa area is a shared room with about five to six stations, so you are around other people during the service. The massage was strong and effective, the space is beautiful, and the staff is kind. I just want to offer a caution for anyone considering the head spa, especially those with textured hair, as that portion may not be as relaxing as intended.

I called the morning I wanted to go and was able to get an appointment later that day. Upon entry the person I believe is the manager greeted me and took me to a room to change. I immediately noticed that the place felt clean, modern and had an overall relaxing vibe. Once changed, my technician came to get me and took me to the spa room. This was truly a lovely experience and I felt so relaxed and taken care of from start to finish. She frequently checked in, asking if the pressure was good and I felt all parts of the service were thorough. I highly recommend the head spa service and I plan to return for other services in the future.

I'm not going to lie, I have some great brows- they are full and thick and have a nice natural arch, so many people wanted to thin them out and make them something they structurally shouldn't look like. But not Kim! She really knows how to work with each individual and cater to what they want/need when it comes to alignment and shaping. I really don't know what I would do without Kim (probably still walking around with my unibrow or had someone ruin my thick, full brows). Kim also changed my world when it came to my skin. Kim has always gone above and beyond to make sure I feel confident and beautiful in my skin. She helped me understand the importance of taking care of my skin, the best products that work for me and shared best practices for taking care of my skin. I basically can't go without my regime she curated for me otherwise my skin starts to freak out. She knows my skin better than I do. She takes the time the time to understand the full picture; your diet, medications one takes, hormones, the sun & environment you surround yourself in and how it all plays a part in the appearance your skin. I've lived in London and Los Angeles and I can honestly say, there is NO ONE like Kim. Even being on the other side of the country, she has taken the time to make sure I have everything I need. One of the first things I do when I know I am making a trip back home to Indy, is scheduling an appointment with Kim. She gave me a quick tour of the spa and got me set up with a locker, robe, and sandals. The space was beautifully stocked with amenities--everything from shampoo and conditioner to bobby pins and hair ties, all in the shower and bathroom area. She explained how the spa experience works and what services they offer, which made me feel very welcomed and at ease. The waiting room was dimly lit and filled with cozy seating. There was calming music playing throughout the space, along with citrus water, cinnamon tea, and snack mixes to enjoy while waiting between services. It was already relaxing before anything even started! I booked the Woodhouse Signature Deep Tissue Transformation with Randy and the Woodhouse Signature Holistic Body Detox with Mary, and both were absolutely phenomenal. Randy was amazing--he asked what I wanted to focus on, and I mentioned my neck and shoulders. He worked with such intention and care that I nearly fell asleep (and yes, I definitely drooled a little--LOL!). He checked in on the pressure throughout and made sure I was comfortable and actually getting relief. You could tell he was focused and really present the whole time. Mary was equally wonderful. She was incredibly gentle and made sure I felt safe and secure at every step. She explained each part of the detox before doing it and was so respectful with every bit of consent. The detox treatment had five dreamy steps: dry brushing, exfoliation, a body mask, a luxurious soak in a clawfoot tub with complimentary arnica bath salts, and a body milk to finish. She even sent me home with the dry brush she used and gave me snacks and tea while I relaxed in the bath. I was truly in heaven. My skin and body feel amazing, and my heart feels so full. I can't recommend this place enough!

Since Summer 2020 I've been a customer and have received wonderful services, especially with Hannah, including several different kinds of facials with dermaplaning, 24K Cookie, and Badass Bum Bum with microneedling. The *only* recommendation is to add a few more services (I've recommended them all to Hannah already haha) AND have Hannah be in downtown (*stares longingly at Hannah*) since she is only at the Fishers location. I'd definitely recommend their services to anyone (beginner to advanced) who's looking for a new location to get body services! There's no referral system, but let them know Amantha sent you.

She insisted on me reading her lips; I told her that I could not understand her. She, instead, relied on the phone to communicate with me. The massage itself was 39 minutes long, while it should have been 50 minutes long. After the massage, she walked out of the room and did not return to see me out. I discussed this with the receptionist, and she offered me 30 minutes of massage without any charge, pending her boss's approval. I called the place the next day, asking for the boss; the person who answered the call said that the boss was in a meeting. The boss should return my call at the end of the day, but I did not receive a call. To sum it up, the service I receiveed was terrible.
