I just got my nails done last week. Maybe 2 days later or even a day later, my nails started to…read moreturn yellow. I got French tip, and the edges are also chipping.. keep in mind I haven't done anything for them to chip. I went in to see if they would redo them for me. I walk in tell her that they turned yellow and chipped and I've tried scrubbing them for the yellow to come off. She told me it was normal for them to do that. I told her it wasn't, I've gotten French tip done plenty of times. Never once have they turned yellow or chipped (also went to a different place in Muncie.) she then grabbed the bag that has the nail file out of my arm and just started filing my nails. I told her I could do that myself but it still doesn't change the yellow. Then she asked what I wanted her to do. I told her I'd like them redone but don't want to pay for it since I literally just got them done. She said she would only do a discount , I said how much? She said 35 regular price, 30 with discount. So only 5 dollar discount, what a joke. Definitely not coming back here again, also even after she filed my nails they are still chipped and look even worse. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I told him no. He then later randomly wipes off my toe nail polish I just got done. And then when I was getting a manicure, he came and sat next to my son playing loud, rowdy, rolling on the floor, and then HE SPIT TWICE ON MY SON! That was where I drew the line and told him NO! She wiped off the spit off my son and continued letting the kid be so rowdy. Even another customer had to get involved and tell him to not keep running out the door where it's near the road. He definitely shouldn't be allowed near customers or in the work space. Overall very unhappy not even a little discount to make up for any of it!

When the pedicure was complete and I went to pay for the services rendered my bill is $78 . I asked for the explanation how my charge went from 45 to 78 . This establishment charged $5 to remove gel polish and an additional $20 to reapply gel polish that should have been included in my $45 pedicure. This is a classic example of a bait and switch this establishment should be put out of business immediately
