How hard could it be I thought. First bank sent me away "banks don't do that unless you have an account with us". Ok. Sent me to the local Post Office. I arrive with same cash in hand. Happened to be 2 $100 bills I'd gotten from Key Bank that morning for this specific purpose. Postman says "we don't take bills that large". Really? I have ID for you and everything. Nope. He pointed to the bank next door to get change and come back. So I arrive at this bank. And I mention the PO sent me here to get smaller bills to buy a money order. She says she can do it for me. I don't have an account there. But they are happy to help. The fees were $10 CAD. 2.50 for not being a customer of the bank and 7.50 for the money order. Fine. Finally I have the money order! So this bank beach gets 4 stars. The teller went above and beyond to hep me. That's customer service.
