If I were not on a crunch timeline, I would've kept searching but if you have a large heavy massage chair, they can do it. We called for a Saturday job since I needed to move out by sunday. A previous mover hired on Thursday could not move it and they were honest about it. Strongman contacted their mover and the price was reasonable. We wasted 5 hours waiting. Then they came out and couldn't do the job due to not having the right parts nor the right person. We rescheduled to Sunday at 7 am and it look less than an hour. I was happy once completed but no one called me on Saturday. I phoned each hour for an update.

They need an answering service to take client calls and they need to get their website back up and running because it would be a shame if all of these issues added up to the loss of a sale.
