My original review still stands! They make it so quick and easy to make amazon returns here! Scan the code and go. Although tonight the cashier wasn't too friendly, I totally understand because the lady she was helping was being hard to handle. It happens, it's a busy Friday night and everyone is trying to hurry in before closing time. I'll still come to this location if offered the chance. Hours are convenient (only closed on Sunday) and location is great! The sign isn't lighted up so it might be hard to find at night if you don't know which side of the shopping strip to look for, it's closest to Game Stop. read more

Stopped by this location yesterday. Other than the parking, the trip was worth it. Walking in, it seemed like A LOT. 8 or 9 people in line and the line was stalled for a few moments because others were needing notary's and what not BUT the GM working yesterday remained composed and thorough. I regularly print with other UPS stores and never have an issue. For whatever reason, this store's quality was meh to say the least. Part of this issue is on UPS's online printing UI (user interface) and part of this is just employees not quality checking product before they hand it over to customers. I'd say for your location's sake, I'd share some of this feedback to UPS's digital platform team because they have some serious UX (user experience) issues to figure out. I've attached screenshots of what the UI is for online printing. When proofing prints on any other online printing platform, you're proofing what it's going to look like when it prints. If the UI shows it full bleed and I hit "I agree" on the disclaimer that everything looks good as it's shown on screen, then I expect it to look like that when I pick it up. However, it had a white trim on it AND all of the prints were crooked. I know this is cheap printing but come on. This should be accurately depicted on the website. On top of all of this, all of my prints have indent marks in them. It's just terrible. Then I tried to reorder back to my local store because this was just a terrible experience. I double checked during checkout that I was sending my prints to correct store (screenshot attached of checkout process) then I get the confirmation email after the fact that it's being sent back to this store on N. Beach again. Even if you look at the confirmation email's addresses, it shows my selected store's # under my name but it shows the other stores address to the right. How does that even make any sense?? Anywho, I'm waiting on a refund and hopefully they cancel the job that wasn't supposed to go to them but somehow got sent there. Hopefully they fix their issues both in store and online. read more

The two young men inside working were dealing with customers as fast as they could. They saw me standing patiently in line and asked if I had an Amazon return. So they called me up and took it within 30 seconds while dealing with another customer. That's GREAT customer service!! read more

I had a delivery today, but I am currently at work. My delivery was alcohol so they had to get a signature which I understand. The problem is when I called. I tried to talk to a person and all I got was automated. I had to call four different times before I was able to talk to a representative. When I finally was able to talk to a representative I couldn't understand a word she was saying her English was very poor. I was trying to get them to hold my package so I can pick it up at one of their locations, they told me to go online and do it or call, the sender and have them call and have the drop off change. They refused to help me this is unacceptable. read more

Interestingly, I stopped going to this UPS store. I prefer the customer service at the other two stores located in Tehama Ridge or Golden Triangle. Unfortunately, I went there today because my daughter needed some packages shipped. The store clerk was extremely rude, snatching the packages and dribbling the packages on the counter and floor. I'm exaggerating the word dribble, but the packages were dropped on the counter and once again on the floor. In my eyes, he might as well have dribbled the packages. Now the reason I stopped going to this store in the first place. About a year or two ago I walked into the store to ship a package and it was my self, an African American male, and a white male. A ringtone from the other persons phone began to ring with inappropriate lyrics. The store clerk immediately singled me out and yelled, "we do not tolerate that type of language in my store!" Must be the black guy playing inappropriate music. I'm a Marine veteran and current firefighter that serves with honor, pride, and integrity. The other guy had his hat turned around, pants sagging to his knees, etc but I'm chastised. I felt the store owners response was inappropriate and today was the icing on the cake. Two days ago I visited the UPS store on Beach Street in North Fort Worth . When I walked in to the store I was overwhelmed with 15 or so people in line ahead of me. I could not believe how quickly the line moved with three stations open and another staff person who came from the back to help . I was very impressed with how friendly and efficient they were . I found the owner and workers at this store to be quite rude. This store is close to my home. I went in to ship a package and none of the 3 employees greeted me when I walked in. In fact, the owner was at the counter and glared at me. After a few minutes, one of the employees did help me. He did so as if he was reluctant and I was bothering him. Honestly I don't usually write bad reviews but I literally drove up right after 6:30 to drop off a package to be returned to amazon. I get off at 6 and it's near impossible to make it on time. I absolutely love the Employees and the service they provide. Yes, when you walk in there is always a huge line and sometimes it moves very fast and sometimes not going so fast. They take the time with each customer to insure their needs are met. One customer in and out, another had questions and concerns, the point is each one is treated like a person and that is what matters. The employees that are in the back standing around are not doing nothing there are faxes being attended to do, inventory, shipping and receiving and yes taking a break they deserve a break. Refused to print a receipt for USPS packages I was dropping off. According to the two employees working it's because this store is independently owned and they don't have to provide receipts. Absolutely ridiculous. I'll never visit this location again. When mailing items sold and paid for via PayPal you must provide proof that the packages were dropped off. The only way to provide that proof is to obtain a receipt showing that the packages were accepted by a facility that accepts USPS packages. Every other UPS location that I have dropped off packages at has been able to provide me with a receipt. read more

Busy place. Not much room to stand between the door and the counter. People come in quickly and the line builds quickly from the counter to the door. One problem this creates is that the printer copiers are then blocked off by those of us standing there waiting for our turn. They keep the line moving rather quickly. Staff is sufficiently friendly. When I asked if I could ship something regular ground, she said to take it to the UPS hub downtown because they don't make any money on ground shipments. This is my go-to UPS store! I've had a PO box here for years and over that time I've gotten to know the guys that work here. They're all really nice, helpful if you want to go over shipping options, etc. I love having a PO box here because they give you a key to the front door so you can check your box after hours. My only complaint is that small packages are no longer left for me in my box--I have to come in during hours of operation to pick up all packages, whether they fit in my PO box or not. I'm sure this is a security issue but I miss being able to pick up the small stuff when I check my mail at night. Oh well! They recently fitted a handicap assisted door opener and while I love that they made their store more handicap accessible, I also love the fact that you can open the door for yourself if you're carrying big packages in and out :) read more

My wife just stopped by to deliver a package to her 85 year old mother during the COVID19 shutdown. Although the store was open the owner began berating my wife for coming in. When she asked what the problem was the owner said she shouldn't be there. She asked why was he and his answer was that "he is essential services". Not much use for a "service" that doesn't want customers. He then complained about his stock losses and my wife replied things could be worse and will be if people don't stimulate the economy. Govt isn't "forcing" him to be open. Essential services are the businesses authorized to be open if they choose to bIf he wants to avoid customers he's welcome to close up for the time being. Guy seems like an idiot and rude. If he does not learn to be grateful for the customers he has he won't have them in the future. read more

The UPS store in Claremore Oklahoma is not open! Saturday hours from 10:00 to 2:00 pm. We have been waiting now for 14minutes and no one has showed up, except customers who are leaving.
