First, they deserve a negative star review, but this site requires us to put one star. I hired this company because I wanted a company to provide specific services, and they agreed they would provide those exact services. For which I agreed to pay more money to have them provide pest control, get on the roof to remove bee and wasp nests, to spray, and deweb. This is the 5th time I've had to call and complain that they did not do the services contracted and paid to do. This time, I asked someone to meet me to see what they had not done. The man who I assume is the owner was argumentative and said they were not doing the things I wanted because their staff was scared. I informed him that I had complained 5 times, and this is the first time I have heard this and had them admit that they were not going to do those services contacted and paid to do. So all these years they have been taking my money with no intention of providing the services contracted to do. No wonder I have been totally dissatisfied. The best part is as I'm telling him what they did not do that was included in the paid service, he's stated they will not do it, they will be taking the bait boxes that I had already paid 3 months service for (which were placed a week ago) and canceling my service because I complained. I warn everyone not to use this company due to unethical business practices, poor customer services, and quality of service. I will also be following this with a BBB complaint and disputing the charges I paid on my credit card due to them not being provided. Please beware if you consider hiring this company!! Attached are 8 bees/wasp nests that remained the day their service was completed. Oh, I forgot to mention I'm highly allergic and why I'm so upset that they did not do their job! read more

I wanted to write a recent review that might serve to neutralize a few of those which were so disparaging. We've had PPC out to our house twice in the last few years. I'm not sure the same service person did our house both times, but both fellows arrived on time, and both were cooperative and professional. In fact, both of them were very nice guys. On their most recent visit (July 2022), I didn't get any kind of hard sell and actually ended up paying significantly less than was first estimated. The fellow that did the work most recently scheduled me for a follow up in a few months, but made it clear that I could cancel if I wished. All that and no more ant problem. Our ant problems are periodic, and we'll call PPC the next time we need them. read more

We have a carpenter ant infestation. Greg came out wearing a mask (good because we're in the COVID pandemic). He was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. The folks at their front office were also professional and nice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Peninsula Pest Control. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They gave me an estimate of $240 (that we agreed upon) and they ended up charging $272. They added an extra $10 bucks for who knows why, and then added tax to the order without telling me upfront. I didn't know until the job was over. I would have never approved a $272 estimate. Then... They sprayed up in the eves or tried to, leaving a thick, creamy-like substance dripping down my outside windows. Now I have to hire a window washer to clean their mess. If my mother was alive, she would have their hides. Beware also... The owner will get into politics (he's a Trump Supporter and then some...) while he is giving you an estimate, something that in today's world, people in business should really stay away from, especially since my friends and I do not support businesses that support Trump. I've used Peninsula Pest for 10+ years and their service has been prompt, professional and effective. I chuckled at the reviewer complaining about sales tax. I don't think I've ever had a professional give me an estimate that included tax. I think we can all safely assume that the state of Washington will collect its share. read more

My comments on this company are totally different. Kudos to Peninsula Pest Control. A totally honest pest business. I met with him on an ant issue and for the first time, ever, dealing with a pest control company, he did not try to sign me up for a year's contract. He gave good information and advise and did not charge me. He will be the first one I call, if I do need pest removal. Maybe he had a couple of bad days with the other folks. read more

This extremely nasty foul mouthed man screamed and yelled at me as I stood in my own driveway telling me to get away and go in the house. I'd gone outside to complain that while he was working at my next door neighbors' house he was spraying rat poison all over my side yard, my car, in the air we breathe. (others have managed the job carefully and without spraying all over the place) I was concerned that it would be unsafe for my animals. He continued yelling abuse and said it was perfectly safe and then really blew up when I asked if that was so why was he wearing a heavy duty gas mask. This is a truly ugly person. Stay away from him. He purposely tried to intimidate me physically by walking toward me, coming too close, glaring and snarling. read more

We have used this company for years. They regularly spray to prevent infestation and preserve our log home. The employees are polite, informative and friendly. They always call prior to coming so we can make sure our dogs are not out. Whenever we need to reschedule they are very accommodating. We will continue to recommend them to others. read more
